Well, today started my new regimen of lifestyle I guess we could say. It's going on 5 years since my accident, and I'm still holding my injury responsible for the pain I'm in, my health, my weight, and just my activeness being the way that all of these things are. Well now it's time that I overcome that bull crap and take control for myself.
I've started a new workout plan and a new eating regimen. Along with a lot of cardio exercise. It's going to be a long and hard road and I sincerely hope that I can stay on track, because my life and my body needs it. Something awful.
