I spent two hours today looking for a good roleplay and failed to find one. I checked all the RP forum subcatagories and the guilds and found nothing. Heres the problem:

About 10% of the RPs in the forums are any good and they fill up quick. Another 60% of the RPs in the forums are anime, game, or movie related. While this may sound okay, they are exclusive and non-canon making them horrible wastes of space. The last 30% of RPs on the forum are absolute crap, with little story, poor profile skeletons, and no real direction.

The guilds are worse. They have the same percent of pure crap and anime/game/movie based RPs, but the ten percent of goodness is replaced by yaoi/yuri RPs which only appeal to a certain crowd.

So if anyone reads this, please make a good RP. One with a storyline, a good profile skeleton, a general direction, and no connection to any game, anime, movie, or yaoi.
