“What to do now with my life?” thought captain Nick as he sighed leaning over the crow’s-nest. “I already sailed all the seas, discovered the lost tome of Ra (turns out that he isn’t part bird. It’s just a mask.) and climb mountain Everest.” Out of Nick’s pocket came out a mini raccoon that climbed on to his shoulder.
“Hey Twitch. Do you know where I can find a real adventure?” The raccoon shakes his head side to side saying no.
“That’s what I thought.”
“Captain,” Nick looked down. Jim Hawkins was calling him. “We’re running low on food. Should we fed to land?”
“Do what you wish, just don’t bug me now.” He turned to the other direction. As he does so he hears Jim commanding orders to his crew. They were now on there way to port Salween. Nick had to expresses his lack of adventure feeling somehow. He decided to picked up his guitar and started to sing.
I sit here and stare,
Sighing at my disrepairs.
Nothing to do but wait,
But for what do I wait.

Nick stopped sing and playing at the same time. Then he asked himself “What am I waiting for?” As he puzzled on with this thought, he fell asleep.

Nick slept through the whole afternoon. He woke up as the moon was in the middle of the sky. The very curious boy swung down a rope near by in search for his crew. Now he finally noticed that the Cutless has arrived. Since no one was in sight, he left in search for a nice place to have a couple of drinks.
As he walked down the street some girls waved and winked at him. They seemed to known him, he was very famous for his music, still he wasn’t appreciated enough. He was reaching Hua Hin Bar when he dumped into someone. They both fell. While Nick was trying to pick up whoever he knocked into he asked “Are you okay?” When he finally got a glimpse of the guy, it wasn’t a guy as he thought. It was Trish, he’s ex-girlfriend. Great, this is what I get for being curious.
“WATCH WHERE YOU“RE GOING BUDDY!.” Trish started to dust off her clothes then looked up to see the jerks face that dumped her down. “ Oh, it’s you…. What are you doing here?”
Having no idea what to say, Nick started to freak-out. What to say. What to say. What to say. The first thing that comes out. “I-I’m here with my, girlfriend!” He was surprise at his remark.
“Oh really? Where is she then?” It should in Trish face that she didn’t believe him for a second.
Again Nick thought quickly and said the first thing that came out of his lips. “She’s inside of course.” What a stupid thing to say, she’s going to want to see her. Then she’s going to wonder why I wasn’t with her.
Trish grad him by the hand, “Let’s meet this girlfriend of yours.” Before he could say something Trish beat him to the punch and ask “Why were you outside, when she is inside?”
Finally Trish got him. Not really, he didn’t even think this tine. “I got dog dodo on my shoe, and I had to take it off. I actually took it off with the hand your holding..” He was smiling, but he was able to hold his laugh.
“EW! You freak!” Trish dropped his hand faster than a tiger chasing a zebra.

Now both of them were in the middle of the bar. Nick had to find a girl as quickly as possible before Trish found out the truth. That would destroy him since he was still not over her, and both of them knew it. Didn’t mean that Nick was going to let her have her way. Trish knew that he would do anything she wished for him to do.
She’s not going to take advantage of me this time. “I go see if I can find her.” said Nick so quick, giving her no moment to react. Before she knew it, he was out of sight. Nicked search for someone to be his girlfriend for at least five minutes, while Trish tried to find him.
Dang, I forgot that she’s real quick. Trish was about 5 feet behind Nick who was at the bar at the moment. He turned around and found a tall, blond and blue eyed girl. A little to skinny for me, but she has to do. “Will you be my girlfriend for about the next five minutes.? Please?” Before the girl could answer, Nicked kissed her. Having nowhere to go it seemed, she kissed him back.
As fast as the kissed started, it ended. Trish had pulled Nick away from the blond girl.
