	hospital... im restless tired..cant sleep, cant think...only visits from mom,no guitar, shredded voice...emptyness insidee...numbness too....wondering..will i ever get my voice back?...will i get my five friends back....if my whole life could just go back...atleast 5 months and start over

Relax..thoughts come clearer that way, breathe you'll get your voice back you know you will, if they are you friends..You will never loose them..
Hope you feel better soon... not just physically well...
