Setting: A city where it is forever no more. Terrorist attacks, and the unleashing of demons settled apon the world. Surviors hid in the dark allys and the only still standing buildings.Those who are seen or tested as non-mortals are set free. Gangs formed and violence broke out against the clans that were made. Races of creatures now run the streets and take territories. Fighting to the death of those who tresspass.

There is one sanctuary....its in a large building, scientist's and doctor's who have survived work there. But they have learned to take control of some of the demon's and have those demon's fish out the remaining mortals.When the mortals are found, they are experimented on. Tortured and so on.

No one can ever escape the building as well, for it also is a jail. People go in, but never come out. No reports of escapes.
