Kujo's Quibblings
My thoughts My day My life Welcome to my world...
Atlus and the Bedroom 3.5
Well, it turns out that maybe I don't have as much room in... my room as I though I did. I'm working these, cardboard box mountains, in between patches of carpeting. There's a swivel chair... jeez never thought that would've lived as long as it has, and this old, vinyl dining room chair... thing. I didn't multiply the current stock of crap I own or anything did I? It's like the stuffing in a pillow. God, once you expose that crap to fresh air it's like over-yeasted dough rising like a blow-up matress crossed with a navy life raft.

And frankly, why does every N64 I own have to short out right when it's painfully inconvenient? Walk-in closet, HA! More like secret door of billowing garbage. That thing has more junk in it than the dream junk drawer of the cosmos.

Also, ever find an old diamond-in-the-rough style game you'd never heard of and find out it's insanly gripping and fun? Well, duh... everyone has but that isn't a good way to grab attention. No one ever says, "Hey, I know you can relate whole-heartedly and couldn't care lees but-."

Anyway, the game. I ran across Eternal Darkness in a Gamestop on the edge of town. Fate had a hand in my choosing that day. With the fourty dollars gripped tightly in my hand I took a step towards the used section knowing full heartedly I would not be stepping back as the same person but truly as an enlightened gaming connesieur.

Okay- a bit hoaky but stay with me...

It was either between that game or some... gundam thing. It looked fun but no Gundam game would ever stand up to

GUNDAM SIDE-STORY: 0079

it's for the Dreamcast look it up! But Eternal Darkness was actually a super fun game! It looked pretty old but its a 2008 game. Its a game that actually rewards you for dealing 3000 damage with some flashy/special move to an enemy with like, ten health left. Thats new and DIFFERENT! Something the game developers of today should understand. Thank you Atlus and all of your subsidiary companies, except the one that thought up Baroque. That game made me want to chew through the wires upon a telephone pole.

Eternal Darkness has just one big flaw. Why the HELL can't you GRIND!? scream

it's not much to ask... I merely want to get a little level boost so I don't have to worry about a big ol' enemy raping! I barely beat the first story. I'm working on the second one now and I'm really missing My level 28 character and I'm only in the second level...

I wanna grind... crying
