They ******** my computer up. AGAIN.
I get this little error message that's telling me my Vista is not genuine.
And the most annoying part...
MY DESKTOP BACKGROUND GOES BLACK.

This time, I'm not sending it to them again.
And system restore won't do s**t either.
THIS time, they either tell me how to fix it over the phone...
Or send me a brand-spankin' new laptop like the guarantee says.
