Code Sermo: Rules of the Thread
o1. I am Goddess of this Thread; in other words, what I say goes, period.
o2. I want literate submissions for each and every round. Please people, it's not that hard to double check your stories before you send them. More likely to lose that round if there are more than a few errors. We all make mistakes, just please, try to catch them. I don't want someone to lose a round because it their piece was poorly written, grammatically speaking.
o3. Plagiarism is a crime. It will mean immediate disqualification for any contestant and a report to an admin.
o4. There is no entry fee but donations are definitely more than welcome and greatly appreciated!
o5. When you submit your work for each round, you will PM them to me, with the following: Username, Round #, Prompt, and then the submission.
o6. Gaia Tos. Follow them or leave. That's all I'm saying.
o7. This is a prose only contest. I will not except anything that isn't prose.
o8. There will be no picking your own opponent. The orders that I chose are the way they will remain until everyone completes the first round. From there, it will depend entirely on how well you do.
o9. After I pass you on to the next round, I will be posting each submission in the thread for all to see, unless you declare otherwise. In doing this, you will be open to critique from other members of Gaia. If there are any flames what so ever, from being beaten by another member to giving negative feedback on a submission, you will be reported.
1o. You will not post your submission in the thread. That's my job. Aside from sending me the submission itself, I will need you to host it in your journal or on another site and send me the link. To limit page stretching, I will be posting the links to the stories, not the stories themselves.
