T-T
so...as some people might've seen in my signature...

Quote:
My home modem has apparently short-circuited since 11-17.
Therefore me at home = not being able to be online/Gaia
...until we get a new modem...

T-T it really stinks...Wednesday night I was chatting to my friend on AIM then BAM, my aim shuts down and I can't access their site along with some other sites...
I figure it was only AIM but on Friday I try AIM again and some other sites, including Gaia and they don't work even though they DID work when I was in the library's computer lab on Thursday xO [?!?!?!?]

I tell my dad there's something wrong with our connection and he says "nah, uh...it's the website server's fault"
but c'mon!! it worked in school on Thursday! how come it won't work at home?!?

sunday afternoon I'm pissed that it seems to get worse and worse[[occasiaonally not even able to access a simple page like google.com...I mean C'MON!! WHAT THE?!!??]]

so erm...I turned the modem off and on again in an attempt to "recycle" the power and zip--------- the thing don't work at all no more...
well it LOOKED like it was on an working and all but none of the computers in the house could go to ANY websites

my dad played with the darn thing all night long and late at night finally concluded the only possible reason he could think of.... "the modem has short-circuted"

so until he actually gives up playing with the darn thing and calls our Internet Service provider for a new modem
I cannot even get online crying and DARNIT, right before Thanksgiving weekend too!!!
