Sirs rules Are Simple.
Sleep/freeze/burn/poison/confusion: May only put one Pokemon to sleep at a time. If one is frozen/poisoned/burned/confused, you use moves with a chance of freezing at your own risk. Simultaneous freezes/burns/poisons/confusions results in disqualification.
Evasion/OHKO: Moves such as Double Team that raise evasion are banned. One hit knock out moves such as Fissure are also banned.
Species: Only one of each species. Different number = different species.
Explosion/self-destruct: Use either of these moves with your last Pokemon and you lose.
Hax item: Quick Claw, Focus Band, Scope Lens, Lax Incense, and Bright Powder are banned.
Single battle only No one can substitute pokemon.
Heal Items: such as Shoal salt and leftovers are banned in my gym. Berries are okay though.
