Tonight, he cooked me a belated birthday dinner! He really is an excellent cook. In fact he is teaching me how to cook -before I met him, I could barely boil water.
I was so happy when I found roast pork, potatoes, and assorted vegetables on the kitchen table! I am thrilled that we've managed to get this apartment on our own, especially since his former room-mate found a decent place. I can only hope that my mother will continue to show some form of respect; and by 'respect' I mean holding her tongue, despite her blatant disapproval of my choice.
Well, we needed a new place to live, one that was closer to our high school. Yes, we have both graduated, however we have decided to attend for another full year to expand our repertoires, in hopes of a successful University application. Involuntarily, all of our courses for (next semester) are being spent together. Obviously, such a combined line-up will cause stress, however we have been through worse.
Hopefully, the next year will go as planned, and we will maintain our 90% averages. Life on the system is not as fun as most people would think -especially those who automatically condemn us as leeches. At least we are trying to do something with our lives, unlike some on the system.
I suppose that my minor introduction is over. The only reason I consider this an introduction is because I have deleted all older entries.
