Since midnight, I've been on Gaia for a year. So, I have a whole lot of crap to say about my experiences.

Still no tablet. I don't wanna wait 'til Xmas! I need a tablet so I can start an auction and actually gain a little respect! I don't wanna be one of those people who can draw but treats everyone like s**t. If people actually LIKE my art, and I get to where I can actually afford stuff, I would NEVER let it go to my head. I mean, just because you can draw DOESN'T mean you're a good person. You can still be selfish, disrespectful, and cruel even if you're friends with mods and admins. This whole thing is just going to people's heads. I've been here longer than lots of people and I've seen the changes that Gaia has gone through. Ya know... before prices inflated a million-fold and the forums were over-run with retarded noobs. It literally sickens me everytime I go into the forums and see a million threads with the titles spelt wrong and "gaia weddings" and "i need friends" and all that other s**t. If you're going to come to gaia and actually benefit the gaian society there are a few things you should know.
1) Don't beg for gold. Earn it like MOST people do.
2) Don't beg for friends. Ask some people that you know in REAL LIFE to join with you.
3) Don't buy typical noob clothes like flame clothes. Just hold out with your peasant clothes, and find a decent way to get gold besides begging.
4) The biggest don't of all is DON'T POST THREADS ASKING FOR A BOYFRIEND OR GIRLFRIEND. I seriously want to hunt down and murder people who do this. GET A REAL RELATIONSHIP.
I've been here for over a year, and I never ONCE did ANY of this stuff. It's not that hard, people. I did it without even TRYING.
Gaia has had SO many changes. Some good, some bad. *cough*fishing*cough* Well, when the battle system comes along, I'm not sure what I'll do. Maybe I'll be like those nerds that feel like they have to master everything and stay online for HOURS leveling up. Sure, it would be a pointless waste of time, but at least I'd be able to.... prove nothing. ¬.¬ There's probably gonna be a whole war between the nitemares and the angelics. Another thing about Gaia is how everyone is either nitemare or angelic. And then people complain about cliches and sectionalism.
Well, after a year at Gaia, I've seen it corrupt people, and well, it never made people better, but I've seen people remain the same. It just seems that people forget what this actually is. And I pity them.
