You are who you think yourself to be and what you do
You have to Know that you are a wonderful person and like yourself before others can feel the same way
I'm telling you this because i do care about you as my friend and i have been down that road so I DO KNOW weather u believe me or not I DO KNOW how to get out of the drowning spiraling feeling that your going under its up to you weather u want to change that or not *hugs*
