Journal of a “BLUE” Mage…

To think of everything that I’ve been through… it almost makes me… laugh…, ever since I was younger I’ve separated myself from “EVERYONE.” My mind-set was to only stick by me, myself, and I. Not that I didn’t get along with others, I was great at leading conversations, telling jokes, the whole 9… It’s just after that one friendship; I don’t truly understand how to be a friend to someone, in this generation that left me when I was about six years old. I guess you can call me a “new-timer” since I disguise myself in a personality no-one else can master.

The first day I decided to recruit myself as a magician, was when I decided to leave the fierce some full out brawling to those of the knight or fighter class. Not that I don’t enjoy a bit of hand-to-hand combat every now and then, but the beauties of casting a spell to assist an ally or strike an enemy can be quite the strategy. Casting spells is something I do with an ease, it amazed my fellow students and teachers how I would learn how to stack a spell faster than those who oppose me, or how I would be able to generate certain materials from two elements to create an effect spell.

There are many types of magicians. The famous black mage and white mage are known very well. Black mages are full-out dependent on offensive black magic. White mages are full-out dependent on defensive and/or supportive white magic. There is another well-known type which is the red mage. Red mage is more of an all-around mage, that can use many types of weapons and spells. Then there is my type, the blue mage. Blue mages specialize in stealing the enemies opposing magic and using it to their own advantage, they also specialize in using spell books.

To start out as a magician, you first have to learn the basic spells. These basic spells are the essential elements of just fire, ice, and lightning. The casting names of them are "Fira, Blizzard, and Thunder", it doesn't take much to cast these spells either. All magicians use these basic spells each time they would cast their own spells. There is also a technique often used to cast stronger levels of a spell, it's called stacking magic.

To stack spells, you would have to cast more than one of that same type of magic. The second level of "Fira" is "Fiara", so in order to cast the second level of it, you would stack "Fira" on top of "Fira". Which then will add to your previous "Fira" creating "Fiara". But of course, when you want to cast a third level spell, you would do exactly what you did to the last. So in order to cast the third level of "Fira" you would stack three "Fira"'s on top of each other, creating "Firaga". The fourth level of "Fira" is "Firaja".

There are three other basic spells which are often used by white mages. These spells are "Cure", "Clear", and "Life". These spells are very helpful in battle.....
