Description of Limit: The Otobe possess a unique and intricate chakra system with high concentrations of chakra networks surrounding their sensory nervous system, along with a second nervous system specifically linked to the external layer of skin. This allows the Otobe a super-human spectrum of sensation felt or heard by vibrations, allowing them to pin-point focal points from large distances. Their additional nervous system located just below their skin, is designed for both nerve impulses and Chakra travel, combing together the user can send powerful impulses of pulsing Chakra. Creating a variety of vibrations, ranging from sounds(genjutsu) to physical shock waves(Ninjutsu).
As Otobe grow they must complete the challenge of finding and controlling the "Second-Self". Before they do this, their mind is only capable of receiving input from their second nervous system without any control. The heightened sensations overwhelm the mind. Young Otobe children are left to be tormented by the sensations around them until they have nearly lost their minds. After this they are sent to intense training with the clan leader or elder to free their chakras and learn to harness this new power. This ritual is called the Enlightenment of the Second-Self. Because the child has now been saved from insanity by their leader or elder they develop a immensely strong bond of gratitude and deliverance to their clan.
The Otobe believe that they are a superior race to "Humans". Because they are born with innate chakra abilities and have found methods of harnessing further chakras, they believe they were chosen by the universe to rule and maintain order over heaven and earth. They trully suffer from a god complex, and are radical towards their belief that the Otobe are Gods.
History: The Otobe's origins are unknown, but it is said that they were created in the infamous experimentation of the first Otokage. However, they first appeared in Oto as a prominent power during the third's rule where they found a home and became Oto's 'One-up' to Konoha's Uchiha, and taking the place of the Rikki clan after it's departure.
As the fifth came into power and Orochimaru's ancient scrolls were discovered. The Otobe decided that these scrolls were rightfully theirs and began endeavors to get them. Though, the Sixth saw their danger and destroyed all but one. Hiding it away from the knowledge of all the others. The Otobe were infuriated by the defiance of their will, and so the seeds began to grow for the Otobe uprising. The clan felt that being the most powerful clan, they were entitled to rule over Oto.
Forty years later the Otobe began plotting to kill the Sith Otokage. THe clan leader, Hideyo Otobe, had planned to murder the Kage in secret and secure the village as his own. In a violent and Ill-planned attack, Hideyo and a goodportion of the clan, was killed by elite jounin and the Otokage. They were betrayed, and left to return to the hiding from whence they came.
For thirty years they grew and festered and festered in the underground sanction of Oto that they had discovered and claimed as their own, which was unknown to the Seventh. Oto grew and so did the Otobe's disdain and need for vengeance. As the Eighth was instated the Otobe returned to the sun of Otogakure to find a prospering village, that they so desperately wanted. Yet the Otobe had learned from past mistakes. They need time and resources in order to take the village. They fled to the flourishing west where the world was taking strides of development. It was from there that they believed they would find the means for their wants.
For just over ten years they built up their resources and established a clan compound. The Otobe lived lavishly, but they had not forgotten their goal. They well never forget the goal of power. With unappeasable appetites they will strike back someday. Take Oto and unleash the last Hidden scroll of the first.

Description of Jutsu: The user creates minor vibrations throughout the area around them, which can take form in two different ways depending on the wave lengths of the vibrations created. It can be used in lox frequencies to envelop an individual and overwhelm and confuse enemies. In high frequencies it can be used to harm an opponents inner ear.
