Splicers
Chimera- With animal based tonics and plasmids Chimera has spliced himself into a real beast.
Lilith- An early attempt at creating little sisters, Lilith was a failed experiment. She is infused with hypnotic plasmids that were supposed to help her control big daddies but something went wrong. She retained her free will. Because of this she was locked up and forgotten.
Puzzle- A tech genius, thanks to certain tonics she can hack any system in Rapture by traveling through "cyber space".
Baxter- After splicing himself silly this inventor believed he was a big daddy and could not find a little sister to care for. Then he found Lilith's cell.
Hera- Spliced with several elemental plasmids, the girl who forgot her name believed she was a goddess. The simple splicers fear her and either bow or run. If seen running from "her grace" the splicer is killed on sight. Even big daddies know to avoid her wrath.
The Great Djinn- Spliced with powerful mind plasmids Djinn is a master of control and manipulation
Scrap- Once a military infiltration soldier, Scrap now helps others by selling research he's collected on every inhabitant of Rapture.
Matron Nurse- Although she may look dangerous Matron Nurse is only in Rapture to care for all people of every shape, size and sanity. She has spliced with several medical tonics and will heal any who ask.
Fang- Fang was once the best mechanic in Rapture. After his first tonic he got hooked and went mad. Nowadays all he does is clobber splicers, cannibalize their corpse and sharpen his teeth on their bones.
Hades- Also known as the "Dead Daddy" Hades is indestructible, unstoppable, immortal and the only thing Hera is afraid of.
Lenard Nemos- (Immortal due to experiments with the sea slug)
James Dasher- A mafia boss with plasmids that allow him to vanish and teleport. What is he hiding in the briefcase?
Marie Annette (And her collection)- This girl has found a way to use plasmids to actually control objects like puppets.
