Appearance: Kenji Hakira
Height: Stands at about 5'6 ft.
Hair Color: Jet Black, with slight steaks of red(due to blood getting in his hair)
Eye Color: Crimson Red with dark circles under his eyes, from lack of sleep.
Attire: Kenji wears a thin, sleeve-less trench coat...under his Hakumei coat. Along with baggy trip pants with a few chains strung around the back leggings. He also keeps his right arm completely bandaged up.

Personality: Kenji is....some what of a joker as he loves to play tricks on his teammates in the Hakumei hideout. He can found smiling a grim and demon-like smile, as his left canine fang sticks out of his mouth. Kenji also loves to play games with people, before he takes their lives. His favorite, is emitting so much fear into his opponent that they run away from him. He then gives chase, slowing giving them painful and agonizing injuries before the finally stop moving and give up. Then he will appear in front of them and send them into a Genjutsu strong enough that their minds are destroyed. After wards he'll set their bodies on fire and stand there, watching them burn until they are nothing but ash.

Strengths: Kenji can control all five Nature chakras and is VERY skill in chakra manipulation and control. He also has a giant chakra pool, great as the legendary Kisame. Thanks to him experiment on his right arm.
Weaknesses & Fears: Due to his experiment on his arm, he can sometimes be found in a great deal of pain as the seal in scribed on his arm will reject his chakra signature.

History: When Kenji was born, along with Kazun, he had stop breathing and the doctors worked on him for an hour trying to get him to breath on his own. Heart broken and torn, his parents pulled the plug on him. On the day of his funereal, Kenji began to breath again, but it was to late. He was already buried underground. His chakra pool had expanded too greatly and push on his daiphram shutting off his automatic breath function.
One night, a grave robber came into the leaf to seal a Saratobi body. The grave robber heard feint cries of a child coming from Kenji's grave. The robber dug him up and broke him out of his casket, hen taking him under his wing and taking care of him.
After Kenji grew up, the man that rescued him, had died due to a sickness. So Kenji had to live alone in the hidden mist village. Living there, in the slums of the mist, Kenji grew a sick thrill of killing others who tried to attack him. Soon the thrill became a hunt and he quickly became a wanted criminal. As he would kill this victim, then began to experiment on them, to gain their chakra nature.
Kenji, soon after, fled the village and was found by a women who recruited him in the Hakumei Organization. He can still be found experiment with corpses, but now, after seeing Zaiaku display of Doujutsu. He became interested in a sort of eye collecting, to make his own Doujutsu technique.
Other: Kenji carries a sword called Zetzuwai. Its a crimson colored broad sword, with nine rings on the back of the blade, but he NEVER uses it until he feels he CAN NOT win. As he can't really control its power correctly.
