History Before Current Roleplay: Charlie was born in nineteen seventy to a average family. By that I mean that his mother was just a normal hosuewife, his father was a lawayer, and they lived in a average two-story house. They had enough money to always get by, even a bit extra to get some fancy new gadgets that would always pop up. So, in a way, Charlie was born into the era of where everything old was being repalced with everything old. A antena T.V.? That got replaced while Charlie was still growing up.
His father was a man of the Law, so it was only natural that Charlie follow his footsteps. Yet, he did not wish to become a lawyer, not at all. He wanted to be able to stop the bad guys, before they could end up in court. No, he did not want to be the one to punish them AFTER what they did. He wanted to be the one who punsihed them BEFORE they could do anything. So he went to police college, and got his degree. He then found a nice little spot in New York City, New York to start up hsi first job as a police officer.
He never left the job, and stayed there, gradually going up the ranks. He grew to
LT. by hard work, after first starting in nineteen ninety-two, ((1992)), which he got in the year two thousand two, ((2002)). In the year two thousand five, ((2005)), his Police Cheif, John Glass, retired, and left the most responible man in charge, and also the longest man who had been there, besides John himself. That man was Charile North, and he has worked his best as the Police Cheif, for over six years.
Special Skills: He is great at lock-picking, making a quick back-up plan if Plan A fails, and getting to a crime scene if the time calls.
Type of Cellphone: Charlie was not a man of cellphones, but he learned that thye were something that would help in crime busts, and so. But, anyway, he has a Env3.
Any Addtional Infomation: He is a divorced man, with one child. He never gets to see them, except for Holidays.
