I know that the title is really original and all but this journal may have something good in it. (Cross your fingers and toes)
I felt like posting in my journal, got a problem with it?
I just got back from a week in Michigan visiting my aunt. We drove down to Cedar Point and had an awesome time ! mrgreen You don't know speed until you've been on the Top Thrill Dragster! 120 mph in 4 seconds, then going up 420 feet. Oh yeah. To those you haven't been to Cedar Point, you are probably thinking something along these lines: eek. The Maverick is my personal favorite, the first drop is 95 degrees, more than vertical! It's nicely smooth with some sharp turns, unlike the terrible Magnum (don't ride it!). Plus, halfway through they stop you for a moment, then rocket you off in a mineshaft at 70 mph! I also enjoyed the Millennium Force, though I had to wait in line and hour and a half because of rain. Met some nice folks from Virginia though. The Mantis is another good ride, along with: The Iron Dragon, Cedar Creek Mine Ride, Gemini (just don't ride in the back), and the Raptor. DO NOT RIDE THE CORKSCREW OR THE AFOREMENTIONED MAGNUM XL 200!! THEY HURT!! burning_eyes I also visited the Henry Ford museum and Greenfield Village. Problem was everybody there kept calling it the Village and I had recently seen the movie in my aunt's awesome theater room so I kept thinking back on how the guy who directed the Village (which is a rather good movie) managed to butcher The Last Airbender? Another thing, Shyamalan leaves many unanswered questions in the Village: *Warning: MOVIE SPOILERS!! Don't read them if you haven't seen it!!* a) Ivy never tells Lucius what his color is. Call me a romanticist but I really want to know. My first guess: Red. b) We never learn which elder was responsible for the animal carcasses. Would it be so hard to tell us either of these things? Well, I'll leave off for now, but I will put more in here more often, I promise
