Earlier than usual for when I do my journal, oh well. I'll put down what I'm thinking.

Voodoo dolls. If they worked, you can use them to scratch hard to reach places and massage yourself.

Salt shakers. If it's bad luck to spill it, then get lids or caps for it.

Tentacle rape. It's more prevalent (according to certain people) probably because of the atom bombs' radiation. xp
