well, damn... its been two months since my last entry, i think...

i got a few movies and games since then, the movies being the last pirates of the caribbean movie i needed, dead man's chest... i got ice age the meltdown, and ice age dawn of the dinosaurs... i love the ice age movies.

i also got sleepy hollow, i dont know if im leaving any out, though... i got ninja assassin some time ago, before all these... not sure if i mentioned it before.

the finale to one of my favorite movie series hits theaters on the 29th, saw 7!

well, "saw 3D"... but im still calling it saw7!

seriously, what the hell is with every movie series being made 3D in the final entry?!

shrek the final chapter, ice age dawn of the dinosaurs, the final destination, saw 7, and probably several more im forgetting... ALL made 3D.

god, 3D is overrated, just enjoy the goddamn movie as it is!

also hearing about games being made 3D... WHY?!

god damn it... if i wanted movies and games to jump out at me, i'd slam my head into the screen!

anyway... onto the games i got!

lets see, i got dynasty warriors gundam 2 for ps3, its pretty damn awesome... 40 characters, 66 mobile suits, a mission mode thats pretty much completely random, which can be fun... never the same combination of allies/enemies in battle, several missions have random stages as well.

the thing i hate about the game, though... is each character has their own individual data, meaning they wont share skills that you unlock, or missions, gundam licenses, or relationships with each other...

meaning you have to beat the game 100% 40 seperate times, if ya want everything.

the factions system they have set up, which allows ya to join different factions so you can go about unlocking characters, missions, etc... is horribly done.

you can actually mess up very, very easily and screw yourself out of unlocking some characters and missions, which means 100% is IMPOSSIBLE unless you follow a very confusing and irritating guide...

trying to figure it all out is like trying to find a huge complex spider web and figuring out where it began and where it ended, while being mauled to death by bears and lions...

i hope DWG3 changes the way we unlock stuff, or its gonna be a huge pain in the a**, as well...

i got samurai warriors 3 for my wii, its cool from the short time i had with it, but my wii remote's batteries died, so i cant play again until i get more batteries...

i REALLY hate that we have to use the wii remote to start games up on the wii, they should've made it possible to use the normal controllers on the wii menu as well.

the create a warrior mode is pretty bare, as usual with koei's games... but the rest of the game seems pretty fun, least i think so.

course, they do tend to throw a bunch of crap at you in battle, which seems impossible without two players.

finally, i got deadliest warrior from the PSN... it was only $10 and was worth it, in my opinion... its really fun, very realistic, similar to bushido blade.

not a whole alot of characters or stages, but its not bad considering its only a small game and costs only $10, besides, they're gonna release a few characters as DLC.

i also got a new HDTV to play my ps3 on, i can finally read the text in my games without my eyes bleeding from the strain!

oh, forgot to mention... i will NOT be buying naruto shippuden ultimate ninja storm 2... since some people got it early, they were able to confirm some things, and combined with all the stuff i already knew, the game is officially a pile of crap.

lets see, they took out the epic, long ultimates the ultimate ninja series was known for, as well as being unable to choose transformations at the start of battle, which really sucks because for once, four-tailed naruto, six-tailed naruto, eight-tailed giant ox killer bee, sage jiraiya, curse mark level 2 sasuke and more are all in a game together.

would've been nice to have a battle against eight-tailed killer bee using six-tailed naruto...

they also took out the pre-battle intros from storm 1, which quite a few people liked.

they basically COMPLETELY stripped the game of EVERYTHING that gave it a unique personality... CC2, the company who made the ultimate ninja games, has utterly failed to make this game, which was supposed to be the greatest naruto game in history, everything it could've been.

alot of people are blaming the xbox 360 cause its on that as well, and they always develop games for the weakest system... since the 360 uses DVDs instead of blu-rays, it cant handle as much.

so... yeah, if anyone reads this and was thinking of getting that game, dont waste your money on the PoS, its not even worth getting for FREE.

i'll wait for storm 3 to see if CC2 managed to pull their heads out of their asses by then, or atleast break their necks trying.
