My sweeties health has taken a pretty rapid downturn during these past few weeks. He was supposed to get more chemo but they said he was too weak for it, so they rescheduled it for Thursday. On Thursday he didn't feel well enough to leave the house again, and his mom made the decision to call the hospice people to come help us. Now he is receiving home hospice care and we have nurses coming over everyday for a while; we had one visit yesterday, another today, and another is coming over tomorrow and Monday... beyond that I don't know. Currently, our goal is to just keep him as comfortable as we can.
As for me...I'm just pretty damned depressed. sad
