Ballet II, to be exact, because I took Ballet I two semesters ago.
And I feel pathetic today because I'm 20 years old and some of these kids have been dancing forever and others were just born flexible (it would seem). I'm inflexible and not exactly what you'd call graceful, but I can't seem to keep reminding myself that I've only been dancing for a grand total of two (count 'em, two) semesters. And I have improved, somewhat. But maybe I'm just no good without a flag in my hands. Dunno.
Well, our presentation's coming up soon, and I suppose as long as we don't do anything involving developés (which we probably will), I should be okay. In the mean time, I'll be stretching and working on my abs, because if there's any hope for me holding my leg up higher than hip level, it's in there.
Meanwhile, I cannot wait for band camp! However, I'm debating whether or not to try for leadership. I've tried for Captain before, and I didn't make it. I'm not sure if I can even run a color guard. There are leadership classes, and the former captains are going to teach hopefuls how to take inventory and such (there's going to be a lot of re-taping equipment in the future), but I'm not sure if I want to go through all of that. I don't want to be a bad leader. Besides, I'm kinda socially awkward. I just need to hope that one really domineering girl from Fleming Island H.S. doesn't get it. I know of a few other girls I wouldn't want running the show either, but that girl (her name's Kristin, by the way) would be the worst to put in leadership. She's so mean, and the other girls and I would go insane if she became captain. (Kristin hates me, by the way.)
Eh. That's it for now. i made some headway on my Trig homework (College Trig is a killer) and I finished all of my Environmental Science stuff. Noting else to do in Meteorology, either, so finished there too. Yay homework.

I'm not really that interesting, but I might actually write something (assuming someone's actually reading this, that is).
