A Sound
In the deepest secluded parts of my mind, thoughts not racing as others do, but only staying in one place. Heavy on my mind, I let out an outcry, yet silence consumes my voice. Fearing I am not loud enough, I cry louder only to realize the same. I feel my eyes to tingle. My sinuses swell, and the most prominent feeling I know all too well. A tear, newborn and crawling down my face. Memories are formed inside as I remember why I cry and that tear grows larger as it runs down my face now until it can fly... down to the ground and explode on the surface from the reaction of my emotions and thoughts which in the end makes nothing but, a sound.
