Well I'm bored so I figured I might as well give y'all an update on me! Just got back from Anime Detour late Sunday night. It was so great! Definetly a wonderful first con experience. There was a bit of drama when people in my group started getting tired but all-in-all it was great! I made some new friends, bonded with old ones...it's kind of hard not to bond when you have nine people in a van with room to seat five and some floor space! It was definetly interesting!
I got some cool loot too. A big mew plushie was my catch of the weekend. So cute! And I haven't bought anything Pokemon in a long time. They said they'll have giant Eevee plushes soon! whee I also got an Oniguri purse and a pin from Fruits Basket, as well as a T-Shirt that says "I'm listening to every word you say...Oooooh look! A kitty!" xd It's so me. My friends say the only reason I'm not on meds is because my parents never got me diagnosed for ADD. It runs in the family though, my Dad does the same thing occasionally. I bought a soot ball thingy from Spirited Away from a nice girl with red cat-eye contacts and got a free Hamtaro bag thingy from Japan!
Living off of pocky an ramen for three days is definetly not something I would recommend. I can't tell you how excited I was to see nutrigrain bars in the consuite! We did go to a really nice chinese buffet before leaving town though. My entire group succeeded in making complete fools of ourselves there. xd
I also proved my clumsiness by tripping over a chair in Artist's Alley and flashing my spankies to everyone in the vecinity! My step-brother and I now have matching bruises about six inches long on our legs. His was from a motocross accidnet and my bruise is actually bigger! xp Grace is definetly not my middle name! Well, that's about all for now! I'm off to plan what to do with my spring break.
