A Lonesome path: Birth of Darkness (Part 2)
With a loud boom, the small dark knight was send from where he had just stood a second ago, into the wall near the door. The small knight, Skullknightmon blinked then stepped out from the small, knight shaped crater in the wall then looked onto his sister who had just smacked him a good one. She looked really furious, correction, she was furious. "Why?! Why do you want Kanna?!!" The queen yelled at him angrily and threatened to give shoot some energy projectile at him. The knight shook his head and gave a sigh, then looked up, "Because you cannot save her from what she is becoming, only i can", Skullknightmon spoke and readied himself to receive more attacks from his sister.
Meanwhile the sovereigns was all watching intensely in silence, they had never seen the queen so angry, but then again nobody had ever had the nerve to try and claim her daughter. They all wondered what Skullknightmon could be thinking to make such a claim, furthermore say something like he just did, what did he know, and what was his motive?
"What do you mean only you can save her from what she is becoming? If you know something about my daughter you better damn tell me!" The queen yelled and tightened her fists, she truly was furious, it was the love of a mother that made her so angry, nobody wanted to loose their child, she was no exception, and then to somebody like her brother.
Skullknightmon simply shook his head again, he should probably have readied himself for the queen to react the way she did, but he hadn't, still if the queen had any sense left in that head she would honor the parlay they had right now. "As much as i would like to tell you, sister, i can't, only that you who lives high up in the light can never understand what is coming to your daughter", Skullknightmon spoke then jumped out of the way of another attack coming his way, "Also, need i remind you of our parlay, i thought you light Digimon was all about preserving your honor and all that..." Skullknightmon spoke annoyed, the queen was about to fire another attack him, then stopped and lowered her hand as she heard crying from above.
The sovereigns all looked up along with their queen and saw a mysterious figure holding the young Kanna in his arms. The figure was a Digimon, its body was mostly made of what appeared to be some kind of yellow armor with white plating at its chest and head. Its face was concealed under a pointy helmet and six strange boosters was attached on its back, furthermore sitting on what appeared to be a small cockpit attached to the Digimon, sat another small mouse like digimon.
The strange Digimon gave a shush to the small baby, "Shh, which means they might not have heard us yet", the strange digimon spoke then looked down seeing everyone in the room had noticed him. He looked up again and cocked his head at the baby, "Oops, which means, they have", the Digimon said which made the baby giggle. Then suddenly the queen yelled, "Kanna! Let go of her!" She yelled with tears forming in her eyes, the sovereigns was about to attack but the queen called them off, Kanna could get hurt. The strange Digimon gave a laugh then vanished only to reappear beside Skullknightmon, "Skullknightmon! What is the meaning of this?! You do realize you are breaking the parlay by this action!" Zhuqiamon, the large bird like sovereign asked angrily, Skullknightmon shook his head once again, "I believe my sister already took care of that, also i am taking the baby regardless, you can never understand what is going in her heard and mind, i do this for all in the digital world, goodbye", Skullknightmon spoke then vanished as the yellow digimon let out a cloud of smoke. All that was left in the room now was the four sovereigns and a queen sitting on her knees, crying.
