☼ Personality: Clarissa, or (as she prefers) Nurse Ari, is a very temperamental girl. She does NOT act her age either. As the youngest of a large family, she was always babied and due to this she is immature, occasionally selfish, and enjoys playing and causing mischief whenever possible. Her favorite things to do in her free time is create terrifying culinary concoctions and try to convince people that she needs to draw their blood for reasons other than to drink it. Nurse Ani is afraid of needles (when they're directed at her, that is). She is also frightened by roosters, swans, and horror flicks. Anti-social on occasion, her mood swings tended to kill relationships (romantic and friendly) before they were ever formed. Despite this, she will fiercely defends her friends and fights to defend them and honor them. Nurse Ani is truly a good girl, even if she doesn't always act like it... or maybe she's truly an evil girl with good tendencies? It's hard to tell.
☼ History: Raised by her mother, the neko, and her father, the vampire, (who she doesn't remember the names of anymore) she was born into a family of four sisters and six brothers. Nurse Ani was the only hybrid of half neko and half vampire in the family. This meant she was teased and sheltered by her siblings. The entire family, except Clarissa knew that hybrid species were rarely accepted into society, even less than full breed vampires or full breed nekos. Her mother was from a clan of nekos that were known best as slaves and often treated poorly, her father was from a clan of vampires that were considered the royalty of vampiric wold. This caused a lot of family conflict between the neko siblings and vampire siblings but they had the common soft spot for Clarissa. The girl was rarely let out of the villa and played inside by herself when her sisters and brothers were at school. That's where she discovered her love for playing planks and causing mischief.
Clarissa's appearance stopped changing when she was about fourteen and she left home at the age of eighteen after a fight with her parents about her lack of independence and the dangers of the outside world. When she returned as "Nurse Ani" (The name change caused by being forced to acquire blood on her own while being against murder) her old house was burned down and all of the vampires and nekos in the area had fled, along with every other non-human species. There had been a small revolution where the humans felt they needed to "cleanse the land of all impure species". That's when she became a nomad and worked at various "all species allowed" bars, pubs, cafes and inns. Only now has she decided that she wants to actually do something with her life and become an actual professional.
