Ikusa is a trouble-maker, having a very mischevious demeanor. He likes to joke around a lot and is hardly ever serious about anything. Ikusa can also be quite antagonizing at times, and he gets into fights often, which he enjoys. He's a loyal friend to have, and though he might call you interesting names, he will stick up for you if you ever need him. He's a bit of a flirt with girls. The Lucario is somewhat boastful and very confident in his abilities.

Ikusa grew up in the City, in the more unpleasant side of town. His whole family was part of a notorious gang, and so naturally, Ikusa became part of it, too. But he didn't like it. At all. Everyone was so serious, and you had to constantly check what territory you were in, watch your back.
Frustrated with it all, Ikusa broke off from the gang formed his own. Except, this gang was not menacing, or mean; no, it was a joke in and of itself. Along with his fellow pranksters, Ikusa and his gang would go throughout the City, launching panty raids on other gangs, TP-ing people's houses, drawing graffiti that said things like, 'Dude, can you even read this?'.
The other gangs were not amused. Soon, Ikusa's gang was on everyone's hit-list. Ikusa would not back down, though. His gang wasn't much in the way of fighters, but they didn't run from fights they knew they would lose. Ikusa withdrew his gang for a time, training in the Forest outside the City.
When they returned, no one could beat them. Ikusa and his fellow pranksters mowed through the other gangs, making them run with their tails between their legs. And with each fight, they got better. They were unstoppable. Finally, they arrived at the top gang, the toughest of the tough. Ikusa challenged the leader and defeated him easily. "Out of practice, being at the top so long?" was Ikusa's comment.
With his gang at the top, Ikusa launched a week-long party, filled with much panty-raiding and graffiti. Of course, the other gangs were simmering with hate, so things weren't at peace. Ikusa was attacked time and again, but he always managed to defend himself.
Nowadays, Ikusa's gang is almost liked by the general public of the City, as they keep the other gangs in check, and the most harm they do is property damage. Ikusa has to daily watch his back, but he's confident he can handle anything that's thrown at him.

Ikusa fights by using his body, delivering heavy blows with surprising speed. He's extremely skilled at close combat, hitting the right spots to knock you breathless, kicking to unbalance you. The spikes on his hands are sometimes used, though Ikusa doesn't like to spill blood. "Too messy. Eww."
In his many pockets and pouches he carries special pills -"No, not drugs! ...Not really..."- that, when eaten, cause his body to go into overdrive, boosting his power and speed significantly.

The nighttime is Ikusa's favorite time of day -"Wait, would it be considered 'time of day' or what...?". He often travels outside the City to the surrounding Forest, and he would love to travel. So much to see, so many girls to meet!
