04-10-12: An hard day.


Today I had an hard day at school,gym,and hospital.
to begin everyone had the pick no me.
Only screaming at me,pushing me and cursing at me.
It was really hard for me to stay calm.
Later I had gym and I lifted an halter of 121,2 pounds(what was really stupid.) and there I injuried my arms.
Then I was running on a walking band.
My left leg got stuck into between the band and the part where you stand to rest.
I had and still have an abd injury on my leg(but no wounds)
I ahd to go to Physiotherapy to help with my leg.
And then 2 hours later I had an operation on my shoulder cause an bone wasn't no it's place.
with other words it was an hard day today
