Personality:
Appears cold and emotionless, slightly more than moderate paranoia, will use almost any means necessary to achieve his goals. Not very talkative most of the time, but he will talk at length if he feels it is needed. He does feel the same emotions as everyone else, but they are under absolute control. Vengeful/defensive when it comes to innocent people and their suffering. Has a nearly-sexual level of enjoyment when it comes to death, destruction, torture, fighting, killing, etc. But he will not kill, ever. He will, however, injure, maim, and torture if he believes they deserve it. He will not give up on any plans or goals he has. He may appear to let it go, but he is putting on the back-burner so that he can plan for the future.
Backstory:
I don't really have one for him at the moment. I have some ideas going around in my head. I know some things about him.
He was made by a scientist or scientists. He was created to be a weapon/assassin. He has killed in the past. Something changed him so he no longer is willing to. At some point he stopped working for/associating with the scientist(s). He may not kill, and he protects those he considers innocent. But he is by no means a good guy. Or a bad guy, for that matter. His morals are questionable. Let's put it that way. I don't really know anything else about him at this point.
Abilities:
Offensive:
Master of several forms of martial arts, mid-level skill in others. Extensive knowledge of military tactics throughout history. Also excellent at improvisational tactics. Highly skilled with many forms of hand-to-hand combat weaponry. Swords, spears, staffs, etc. He can easily lift exactly 11.11 times his own body weight (He weighs 800LB or 362.8KG) with ease.
But he can only carry that much or hold it up for thirty minutes, after that his stamina begins to decrease fairly quickly. In a fight or flight situation he can lift fifteen times his body weight. And he can carry five times his body weight for very long periods. Several hours I would say.
Defensive:
Each one of his layers of skin acts as it would on its respective animal. This makes him very durable and resistant to injury. It would take a metal stronger than steel and as sharp as possible to cut through his skin, or to pierce it. And anything smaller than a .50 caliber bullet can't do any more than bruise him. He has very fast healing ability. If you were to manage to cut him open, even a severe gash several inches thick, he would be fully healed in a couple of minutes. However, the speed of his healing is proportionate to the damage. Give him multiple moderate-to-severe injuries and it will take him a couple of hours to heal. Maybe longer. And if his body takes too much damage, or you cut off his head, he will die.
Miscellaneous(Anything that can be both offensive and defensive, so I'm not sure where else to put it):
He can run at 40 MPH (Approx. 64 KPH) for several hours without stopping, and about 70 MPH (Approx. 112 KPH) for ten minutes. He has perfect vision, and can see at distances greater than most people. He can also see in almost absolute darkness. He can partially sense electric or electronic devices up to ten feet away. This allows him to detect anyone who has bioelectric impulses, as well as many electronic devices. It can be very irritating in a crowded place such as a mall. He has a sense of smell as good or better than many dogs, and his hearing is as good or better than most cats. He has a highly developed awareness of his own body, as well. Muscles, internal organs, etc.
Even with the drag from his fur, he can swim at 20 MPH (Approx. 32 KPH) But only if he's naked. If he has his outfit on he can only swim at 5 MPH (Approx. 8 KPH). If he wears a wetsuit he can get up to 40 MPH. He can stay underwater indefinitely due to his gills. And he can go to any depth because all he has to do to avoid the water pressure is fill his body with water, where normally there would be air. He can go very long periods of time without food or water, because his body's digestion system is so efficient. It is 100% efficient, and therefore he has no a**s or genitals, or the need to eliminate bodily waste. He has no belly button or nipples either.
His reflexes are extremely fast, enough that he can catch a paintball without breaking it. He can stay almost perfectly still indefinitely unless he needs to eat or something like that. To most people, he would appear to be a statue. But those with good enough eyesight or training can detect the slight movements of his breathing. He can also hold his breath for very long periods, if he needs to. His lung capacity is much greater than a humans, and his muscles can also store oxygen. Like a whale. His lung strength is very high. He can blow out the candles on a cake from ten feet away. This makes his roar very powerful, and terrifying. It sounds like a dragon, basically.
He is a master of parkour and free running. The difference between the two disciplines is minor, but they are different enough that he mastered both. His body is also extremely flexible, about half as flexible as a professional contortionist. His outfit is also extremely strong. It is woven with a combination of steel fibers, kevlar, and a material that is impervious to x-rays and thermal scanning. It's very flexible and comfortable to wear, but can resist most small caliber bullets and semi-sharp blades and points. To the touch it feels like very silky animal fur.
He has a high level of knowledge when it comes to using computers in general. He can design, assemble, or disassemble(NO DISASSEMBLE STEPHANIE!!) computers very quickly. He has a moderate knowledge of many different forms of computer code, as well as moderate hacking(It's not the 80s nobody says "hack" anymore. -_-') skills. He also has a decent level of skill when it comes to electronics and machinery in general. Although he is by no means a genius or an expert.

Head
Primarily looks like an anthro Liger, but the shape of his head and muzzle/face has crocodile mixed in. He also has ears like a Liger, the inside of which is the same color as his bellyfur. His pupils are slitted, and the irises are silver, red, orange, and yellow.
The irises are mostly silver. The red, orange, and yellow are arranged like tongues of fire all around the edges of the pupil. His upper and lower canines are long enough that they just barely stick out of his lips.
The inner curves are serrated. All of his other teeth are like smaller versions of his canines, with the curve pointing backwards and serrations on the inner side. He has eight rows of replacements for each tooth, and they are all black.
His nose is a dark gold color, the same as his skin. His tongue is bright red, can stick out seven inches from his lips (that's not the full length of it, just how far it can reach if he extends it fully), and is forked. He can control it completely, like his arm or leg.
It's also very rough, like a cat's tongue.
Neck
I'm only adding this section because he has six gills on either side of his neck. They're not easy to spot with the fur, but you can see them.
Torso
No nipples. Six-pack abs. Muscle boobs? I don't know what to call it. No navel/belly button.
Arms/hands
Not much to say about his arms that I can think of. His hands look quite a bit like the hands in this picture.
His claws are 8 inches long, black, and serrated. They are razor sharp and durable enough to cut through steel if enough force is applied. They are also retractable. (I'm not sure how that would work, to be honest. Perhaps they're hollow and the finger bones
fit inside them? I don't know.
Legs/feet
Not much to say about the legs, either. His feet look quite a bit like this .
But there are some differences. The skin color is different. He has five toes. His big toe claw is about 50% straighter than the one in the picture. And the other four claws are the same size and shape as the big toe claw.
Also the leg/ankle in the picture is not what his would look like at all. His feet are digitigrade, though. The claws on his feet are also black, razor sharp, and serrated. They are partially retractable, but only to the point that
they don't touch the ground. The strength is the same as the claws on his hands.
Tail
His tail is six feet long. The shape of it is a mixture between a crocodile's tail and a liger's tail. Take a liger tail and make it twice as thick, then flatten it slightly and make the overall shape of the tail triangular.
It is extremely flexible, and he can control it the same as his arm or leg.
Fur
His fur is golden/blond, it shines in the sun. Overall on his body it's about half as thick as an anthro liger's fur would be. So that when you're far away he appears to be furry like an anthro liger.
But when you get closer you can see through the fur somewhat, to the skin underneath. Right about where his wrists and ankles begin, the fur thins out to the point where it's slightly thicker than the fuzz on a peach.
The fur on his belly, groin, and butt is a pale gold. The fur on his tail is very fluffy and thick compared to the rest of his body. He also has stripes on his arms, legs, back and face. They look like the ones on this
lion as far as the distribution and pattern. IDK's are silver, however, and the stripes on his face are different. On his forehead are six stripes in a fan pattern, and he has one horizontal stripe on each cheek. The arrangement is like this: I love you google images.
Hair
His hair is black and very long. It goes down to just above his butt. It's also very thick, fluffy/silky to the touch, and wavy. He has a widows peak. Sometimes he braids it, but sometimes he just brushes it out and lets it be. His eyebrows and whiskers are also black.
Skin
If you were to look at his skin without the fur, it would be a dark gold color. Starting from the top of his head and going down his back and then onto his tail, he has ridges and bumps like a crocodile. He also has the spiky ridges on either side of the top of his tail, like a crocodile does.
Over the rest of his body the skin is like a crocodile. On his arms, belly, etc. Unlike most animals, however, he has four sections of skin before you reach the muscle and bone. What I mean by that is that, for example with a human, the skin has various layers of thickness and type before you reach the muscle and bone. The layers of a human's skin closest to the muscle gradually move closer to the surface, getting thinner and dryer and such. Eventually they die and flake off. Well IDK has four sections of that, whereas a human only has one. Each section does the multiple layers of thickness moving towards the surface. The top section is crocodile skin. Under that is dinosaur skin. Under that is shark skin. And finally under that is liger skin.
If you were to cut his arm off and look at a cross-section of the different sections (dinosaur, shark, liger), the bottom three would of course be paler than the surface because they rarely see the light of day. But they are just as durable as they would be on their respective animals. This makes his skin very thick and very strong. It's nearly bullet-proof.

Iosef has no genitals or a**s. His digestion system is 100% efficient so there is no waste when he eats. He also does not have the ability to reproduce.

His cape is longer than the one in the picture, reaching the floor. The bottom is pointed like batman's. The cloak comes around to cover his front and sides completely. On the oustide of the cloak are various patterns. A mixture of elemental patterns, the "tribal" tattoos, and celtic designs.

IDK's is longer than the one in the picture. It reaches the floor, the same as his cloak. The bottom is straight, however. That silver part on the inner edges that's in the picture is also on IDK's skirt thingy.

Personality: I'm still working on it. I want this to be well made. But I know I want him to have a similar personality to mine.
Bio: I know that he was created. I'm not sure by who (Or is it whom? I don't understand the difference. I never learned it in school.) exactly, but I know it was some sort of scientist or bad guy or whatever. He was created to be a weapon or assassin.
The skills he has were all programmed into him. I'm still trying to figure out how he went from mindless, programmed killing machine to a pacifist. And where did he get the outfit? I want his life to have similarities to mine.
Why was he made using these three specific animals? Was he made by a man or a woman? Was he made by a scientist/geneticist for someone else, (and if so, was it an organization, a single client, {and if so, male or female?}, or a small group of individuals, {and if so, how many and what gender were they?}) or was he made by his creator for his creator?
How long was he just a mindless killing machine? Was he ever a mindless killing machine at all? Was he created with a mind and will of his own or did he develop them over time? Or did the person who made him accidentally create him with a mind and will of his own?
Why doesn't he have reproductive capability? Where did his name come from? Did the person who made him intend for his initials to be the acronym for I don't know? How strong are his claws? Does he exist in a world with other anthropomorphic beings, or is he the only one of his kind? Does he live on Earth or another planet?
Does he live on what is basically Earth, but with a different name? What time period does he live in? Does he have any friends? Where does he live? What kinds of things does he eat? How does he go to the bathroom without genitals? Does he even need to go the bathroom?
Why is his fur gold and silver? Why are his eyes silver with a reddish tint? Does he look up to anyone? Does he have a religion? Does he have a girlfriend or wife? If he does, is she human or anthro?
Work in progress for origins:
So I know that I want him to be genetically engineered by a scientist or scientists. As to the how or the why, I don't know that yet. I'm thinking that initially he was programmed to be a certain way. Because he was genetically engineered from animals, with no human DNA the scientist(s?) had to program him with the personality traits and knowledge and skills he needed to be their perfect killing machine. But at first he didn't learn from his mistakes because they didn't give him the ability to, so some of his first missions or training sessions (whatever he was doing initially) were failures because he didn't learn. So he was programmed then with the ability to learn, and to feel the need to learn. Unfortunately they weren't specific enough about what he needed to learn. So as his training and later his missions (since I'm pretty sure he'd be used to assassinate, wipe out small armies, etc.) went on he got smarter. He began learning everything he possibly could about death, killing, destruction and combat that hadn't already been programmed into him. But they didn't set a limit to what he should learn and so once he learned everything he could about those things, he began to wonder what else he should learn. He decided to study and learn about things people would learn in schools around the world, to pass as a local if needed. At first he learned about things like art and science, mathematics, language, and philosophy. But he didn't have any emotional connection to it. It was all just information for him to acquire. But as he studied the more people-related philosophy, history, and cultures of the world he became aware that the world didn't have a place for creatures like him. At least, not in normal society. First of all, what he did was considered wrong and evil. He'd never considered that, he was created to destroy. And he was designed to enjoy and relish the death, destruction and chaos he caused. But the more he learned the more he began to think that maybe his desires were somehow flawed. He kept this to himself, however, because he saw that people like him and the person/people who created him have been around since mankind began. No matter what the different beliefs about the origin of humanity were, they all had "evil" people there from the beginning. And he knew enough now to know that they wouldn't allow him to explore the meaning of his existence. Besides, they treated him like a mindless automaton. He doubted they were aware of what he was learning. Second of all, just be existing he was violating the laws of many countries against genetically engineered weapons, super soldiers, and various other things. Another reason was that even though he looked humanoid, he didn't have the tiniest piece of human DNA in his body. Who's to say he would have any rights at all out there? Either way, he was going to leave. Fortunately for him he'd been designed to have absolute control over his emotions and impulses. So he may have strong violent urges, primal animal instincts, etc. But he always stayed calm and collected. If not, he would have killed them all. In terms of potential interaction with other people, he would have two main things governing how he would go about it. The first is a habit of not speaking he developed due to knowing to act like the mindless automaton his creator(s?) expected him to be. The second is not wasting time, effort or energy. This would lead him to be quiet a lot of the time. Thinking and listening before making a response, if one was required at all beyond a nod or a shake of the head. But other times he might talk at length, in order to ensure that the person listening got all the information they needed. Back to him leaving. Since he had learned his desires were most likely incorrect or flawed somehow, as well as the fact that people like the one(s?) who made him were always around in some form or another, he decided not to kill them. Instead he managed to leak a lot of their operations to the authorities in various countries. The person/people who created him had been skirting around the edges of the law for a long time. Now there was a lot of concrete evidence. But since he didn't want to spend his life being poked and prodded by even more scientists, he destroyed all the evidence of his existence. Fortunately for him they didn't have any OTHER genetically engineered projects like him. Not that he knew of anyway. I still need to figure out where he got his outfit, as well as a lot of other things.

He can stand or sit absolutely still pretty much forever unless he needs to eat or something. Though if he doesn't have any clothes on, and you look closely enough, you'll just barely be able to see him breathing.
He has slightly above perfect vision(18/20). Due to his Liger DNA, he can see extremely well at night or anywhere there is a low source of light.
His senses are far above normal, even after allowing for his genetics. They were enhanced by whoever created him. His shark DNA, after enhancement, allows him to sense bio-electric or electric signatures from up to 10 feet away. This can make being around electronic devices irritating. But he's learned to deal with it.
He has very fast reflexes, fast enough that he can catch paintballs without breaking them.
From a stationary standing position he can jump twenty feet straight up, or forward. When running, or with a running start, he can double that to forty.
He can lift ten times his body weight with ease, though he can't hold it for more than about thirty minutes. In fight/flight/freeze situations he can lift fifteen times. He can carry about five times his body weight for long periods of time, whether walking or running or just standing.
He can stay underwater pretty much indefinitely, as long as he has food. And he never needs to go to the bathroom because his body digests all his food with 100% efficiency. So he never farts. XD He can't, actually. He has no a**s. His digestive system is a closed system. He also has no belly button.
He can swim pretty fast, despite the fur, but his outfit drags like crazy. His top swimming speed when naked is 20 MPH. With his outfit on it's about 5MPH. If we wears a wetsuit or something else that reduces friction and drag he can swim at 30 MPH.
He can go long periods of time without food, but eventually he would need to surface to eat, unless he had some food with him. He has two medium sized swim bladders to control the depth he stays at. Unlike humans, he doesn't get the bends (decompression sickness) or suffer from any air compression issues at all. Because of his gills, he just lets his lungs fill up with water before he dives down and therefore has no air in his body to compress.
He has a very, very strong immune system. Semi-rapid healing, compared to most people. Say it takes most people months to heal a broken bone. It takes him days. As well as being able to heal from almost anything like a disease or injury. But if enough of him is damaged/destroyed, he won't be able to recover. And decapitation is death. Though it's VERY difficult to pull off. His combination of dinosaur and shark skin makes him very durable and resistant to injury. Combined with his outfit, he rarely gets injured.
He can roar very loudly, and when he does it sounds like a mixture between a large cat and a dinosaur, obviously. Specifically a raptor-type dinosaur. It probably sounds very close to a small dragon to most people.
He is an expert at free running and parkour. Yes there is a difference, although it's not much of one. He's very agile, well balanced and strong. So it comes almost naturally to him. Combined with his incredible jumping abilities, strength and claws, he can get almost anywhere.
He's also an expert at many forms of hand to hand combat, including the use of various weapons. Sticks, knives, swords, axes, etc. He doesn't really use spears or halberds or anything long-reaching, but he knows how. Although he doesn't use any weapons most of the time, he doesn't need them. XD
His cloak/shirt/pants are made of a material that blocks thermal and x-ray scanners. They feel like a combination of velvet and silk. They're also very durable. It would take a long time of sawing back and forth to cut them. Whether it's with a saw or a very sharp knife. Although the saw would probably work better. It would still take a while.
