A great light appears in front of the bar, japanese sliding doors coming into appearance as they open up to this grand illumination. A silhouette peeked from this great surge of light before it steps out, the doors closing to make the appearance clearer, revealing a man wearing a white haori over a black kimono. A sword was sheathed to the left side of his waist. Around his neck was an orange scarf. His eyes were hidden by clear visors that were tinted with white. A few braids fell over his eyes, but the remaining were tied into a ponytail. The japanese doors shut and fades away as the figure approaches the doors. He opens them only to step inside to the many present, the door shutting as the spirit force of many pass across him. For now, he had kept his own to a low level, as to not alert his presence to demons and such. But he was here for a reason, and a reason not many would like.

He found nothing funny in the matter. His face remained calm, no emotion present. He needed none for what was to transpire any moment, keeping static as his blade shone the light of the bar's light along its metal before a great distortion in the area around them begins to form. His spirit force is suddenly radiated all across the room, as if a heat wave was visible around them. Those who could not take the great pressure of this force would kneel easily to its crushing power and even exhaust the weak ones to where they will simply go unconscious. It will sound like a fire was currently around them as Tousen still did not move, yet his clothing did to the power he was exerting.

With one lift of his right foot, he suddenly transports to the left side of Nebulis after going two hundred miles per hour, coming to an immediate stop, using an equal force against him to stop completely, while still remaining standing how he was, his left side to his enemy. But in this instance, he turns his body left to thrust his sword at Nebulis's left side, which was slightly below chest level. If it struck, it would pierce into his skin and come out from the front with the angle it would be sent at. But what's more, the speed of this thrust was also at the same speed as half of what he just went at, for he could not completely stop all the kinetic energy he had gathered, but instead transferred it into the thrust of his sword, so his instantaneous movements will make him look invisible to the common and nearly many speed-keen eyes, but quickly be removed.

He was already moving his body with his counter clockwise motion while crouching and ducking under the blade Nebulis had meant for his neck. This placed him off guard as his blade now swings for his left side, while Tousen moves to Nebulis's left side. If it struck, it will drive through the man's body and arc out right when it passes across the center, leaving a deep enough wound to injure his lungs and have him suffer a slow, but painful death. Nebulis would not have a chance to block with his sword since it would be above and reuqire time to get down, but not even that time would be enough, nor the progression of thought to notice that Tousen would be sending this counterattack.

He reacts by simply pulling on his sword as he moves his right arm back. This withdrawal will slice the left hand of Nebulis preemptively, but will do further harm if the grip of his blade is not let off immediately afterwards.

He swings his sword quickly to the left against the man's own sword to parry it as he moves to the right in the same intensity of speed. This places him to the left of the man, until he says: "Cry, Suzumushi."
A ringing from the blade will now occur as the sound is directed at Nebulis. The high pitched sound will interfere with the frquency of his brain signals that direct his conscious and manipluate them to such he will drop unscounscious as the activity will be lessened, causing a temporal black out. And this was easy to do for the fact that all brains acted on electrical impluses to send data from one place to another at such speed as thought, so interfereing with the frequency of this activity would allow one such as Tousen's sword ability to place the man into a sleep. Just a simple passage through the ear was all that was needed. Avoiding this would nearly unlikely unless he somehow knew how to combat the sound wave's power. If not, with only a second to spare, he would fall to the inducement that was intended.
