Dr. Isha Arztin
*She used to be a well kenown German Scientist.However her facility that she conducted her research was shut down.Due to reasons beyond her control or authority.One of the things she was working on was a cure for radiation sickness since the rise of nuclear powerplants were spreading.It was a precaution.Though it hadn't been authorized to be tested.After the facility was shut down all documents and experiments/research were seized and destroyed.However Isha snuck the sample of the cure along with the research she had conducted out with her departure.After that,Isha went into the medical field.Where she became a licensed doctor,she moved to the Ukraine to start a new.Im sure you are familiar with the Chernobyl incident at the Ukraine?
Her tragedy began in Chernobyl. She was stationed in a hospital in the Ukraine at the time. She had started living in Russia about 3 months before the incident. Just like any other day....her day was going as normal as it could be....she was visiting one of her many patients when there was an announcement of evacuation. The nuclear plants about 6 and a half miles away had melted down. It was almost like she was a ground zero. The radiation levels started taking immediate effect on the people present in the hospital. People left and right started to gain radiation poison. Dieing off here and there. There wasn't enough help around to help move the patients. It was complete chaos. However she made her way back to her office and injected herself with the cure she had snuck out of her previous place of employment.Before she knew it....it was lights out as she passed out on the floor in her office out of view. A day later she awoke. Her body felt weak and drained. Her left eye throbbed and she could barley see out of it. She stumbled into the hallway. The only noise that could be heard was silence. Everyone was gone.....except for her.She left Chernobyl....a complete mess....It seemed the radiation hadn't killed her but instead it had given her something unique thanks to her experimental cure.After which her powers became prevalent.So much so,every country in existence is after her.However they CANNOT use deadly force.Killing Isha is a big...big...big no no.Isha was captured by chinese researchers a few months later for only 4 days,before she escaped and was free again.She now roams trying to fly below the radar.Agents still pursuing her.
Power time!!!Some would classify her condition being caused by a rare form of radiation poisoning. Zee good doctor can secrete liquid from her pours. You may ask yourself "Why is that awesome? I can do the same thing just by running." Well I'll tell you. She has the power to control the chemical properties of the liquid. It can be anywhere from medicine to heal or a flesh eating poison. It's best not to fight her up close and personal. One touch and you could be done for,from the inside out. *smirk*She is basically a walking bioweapon.That's why someone would be a fool to kill her.If she dies, she will release a pathogen/disease so complex, and hard to understand, not only that but it will mutate so rapidly that it will nearly be impossible to find a cure for it. Ultimately it will lead to the death of the entire population of the planet. Spreading by air,land,and sea. Imagine something along the lines of THIS happening to everyone on the planet.Scary when you think about it huh? Just think if a deadly disease got out and slowly found it's way to each humanoid host in the world and killed them off? Think of small pox times 100. Her blood is also radioactive as well, which is why vampires would also be a fool to bite her XD Her bandaged eye when it's revealed is green with a very small pupil with no iris. It works like an x ray where she can see bone and muscle tissue. Also as a side note the radiation has stunted her growth. She was about 26-27 when the incident happened so that's how she remains. Both age wise and in looks.
Personality wise Isha is very smart. A dangerous flirt however but she tries not to let it go to far. She, herself thinks that some of that radiation may have fried her brain a tad bit.(Which it has) Instead of acting professional like she used to,she loves to scare her patients with threats of cutting them open or ripping out their still beating heart, oh or her favorite! Drugging them so she can do a brain transplant. Though it's all a joke to her but her acting sells it even more.
As for her clothing style.Well Her hair is short and a bit unkempt. at the top. She wares a bandage type eye patch over her left eye,her right eye being the color of a dull red. Her forehead has a doctor's reflector, on the side of the reflector where the strap is located is a bit of cleaning fabric for blood or what have you.Her eye color is a dull red color.Her torso region is covered by a very scanty black bra with red sleeves. Her breasts are pretty decent nothing extraordinary though.She wears combat boots for shoes. Now you're thinking "What about pants?" Sorry to tell you but she doesn't wear pants. Her body is covered in black body paint designs...to be honest the designs look almost tribal. Her ahem *wink wink* Is covered by this paint also. She catches stares here and there but most of the time it seems like they don't know if she's wearing some kind of really tiny underwear or if she actually isn't wearing anything down there at all. The reason she doesn't wear clothes is because her body can't stand to wear them since the Chernobyl incident. She found this out the hard way. When she wore clothing her body would heat up beyond the human norm causing her to sweat profusely and it would end up almost causing heat strokes but Isha stripped down before it ever got that bad.She has to wear the body paint so authorities won't get on her case as much,since she's at least trying to cover up. She still gets a hard time, sometimes,but she's never been put in cuffs e_e

*Isha has the ability to secrete liquid fro mthe pours in her skin.She can control the chemical properties of the liquid.She can choose to use this ability on another Role Play Character or NPC.She can choose to give them medicine to heal them or a complex pathogen to kill them.
*Due to Ish'a condition,her right eye has suffered unique damage. When her bandage is taken off she has the ability to see through flesh.This allows her to eye bone and muscle tissue.She usually uses this when healing people.*
*Isha is on the run from government agents twenty four seven and if it wasn't for her condition she'd already be dead. Killing Isha is a big no no. If Isha is killed inside a RP a plague will be unleashed upon the world of which the RP takes place. The Pathogen she will release will be so complex and mutate so rapidly it will be near impossible to find a cure.It will spread through land,sea,and air and devastate the population.Though it will take time for it to fully spread.....it will be a massive blow to man kind.*
