Deysim's parents, the king and queen, died when she was young. It happens. The lack of parents to be the single guide to all their children caused the six siblings to find different mentors and be set against eachother, each looking to gain power. Deysim, the youngest, has little chance of gaining power and little experience in politics, so she has no interest in doing so. She tries to avoid politics and stay away from home, but still remains connected, because she isn't ready to let go of the benefits of being a princess.
She is closest to her oldest sister, the queen, who takes care of her non threatening baby sister in an almost maternal way. This relationship is the most likely way she would be pulled into trouble, but for now, everyone leaves the child of the family alone.
Personality
Deysim is friendly. She does know rules and manners of a royal person, and tend towards them, but she is more casual. She doesn't feel bound by them though, and will go again them if she needs to.
She's not necessarily trusting by nature, but sees her instincts about people as paranoia developed by her environment, and mostly ignores them. It's potentially dangerous.
She doesn't hide the fact that she is royalty, but doesn't see herself as important, since she has been mostly powerless and ignored. She will not hesitate to use her status when she needs to, though, doing things like threatening to have people who threaten her punished.

Deysim's oldest sister, Aania is the queen. She inherited the throne at 20 years old, and is now 34. While she does have to keep an eye out for threats to her power, she is mostly worried about being a good ruler. She is usually busy and tired.
The next oldest,Aiden a brother, is 32. He is agressive, and wants the throne desperately. After various attempts at the throne, in decidedly not subtle ways, such as attempts to turn the governing body against her and attempts at assasination, he was banished. No one knows where he is, but he's most likely planning something.
Their 30-year-old sister, Opal, works more quietly. No one is sure what she's up to, but she has many friends and is a skilled politician and socialite. Perhaps she already has the power she wants.
The fourth sibling, 26, is a brilliant scientist. She uses her status to allow her to make some legally and morally questionable creations and experiments. Her oldest sister's objections make her feel threatened. The Queen could take away her power at any time. Maybe someone else would be better in her place.

This is pretty WIP, like I started building Deysim after playing her in the WGs, and I'm still building.
