Defeather, stick in oven for 30 minutes at 360 degrees. take out DeGut it and chop off head if you havent done so. Strip meat fom bone cut into pieces 1 in by half in. stick into empty pie with gravy and put into Oven for 1 hour at 400 degrees . take out (WARNING Meat Pie is Hot) let cool for 5 minutes Voila Blue Heon MEat Pie.
