In spirit of Kayla, I've decided to track down Backflip and see how he's doing; the last time I saw him was in The Tavern of Dark Dreams ... it was so long ago.

I'm glad I decided to see him again, it reminded me of my n00b days.

Personally, I've always wanted to say hi, Kayla decided to say hi and I was pleaseantly surprised.

Backflip was happy to see me, although we didn't talk much, Gaia was be fixed for a few minutes and I think he logged off. He was tired.

I was foolish and naive back then in the day. I think I annoyed them in the beggining. I'm more mature now, at least I think I am.

Backflip holds matches in his bar, the duels are held in the cage, which is in the center of the room.

He's a nice guy, when I first came to Gaia I roleplayed a couple of fights in his old bar. I think I angered Daiyen with one of his on-line realationship when I told her that Daiyen had an off-line girlfriend.

I believe that is why I grew distant from them.

They showed my the knacks and the courtesy acpected in the world of Gaia.

I got my footing with them, I am thankful for that.

I don't know why I was timid of relinking my contact with Backflip. Anyways, today is the start of a rekindled realationship.

I pray to continue my efforts and in being a good friend to Backflip, I'll cheerish the time we spend together.
