Surrounded by the little green monsters,
they say I should feel grateful to have a father or a mother.
The fact lays true.
Yes, I "used" mines to help me through and through.
But, they not-so secretly wanted me to rely on them.
Be the good role model I can be for my siblings after me.
Is it necessary for the green monster to consume you when...
Just one mistake is all it takes.
Does the green monster still claw at you?
Scream at you?
In regards to my loneliness?
The reason to me being distant and unaffectionate?
Is because love is reserved for the majority.
Do you yearn to be in my place so much that you are willing to be called a failure?
Be backstabbed to death because you are dumb, slow, and ugly?
Please do realize that I am not here to sit still, smile, and look pretty.
With my family history,
it is beyond belief.
I am the supposed secret keeper.
If you were me and did the things you said I should have done, you would have been dead in the water many miles deeper.
