I find that the internet is a lot like a person's mind, but way ******** better of course.
You can write down your thoughts into the occupied void that is the internet, which is like ******** equivalent to just sitting in the shower thinking about impossible scenarios. Post some weab a** pics and statuses about your favorite anime or whatever and look back and cringe so ******** hard at yourself. Even that's like looking back on a childhood memory where you shat yourself in front of class or whatever.
We often even scroll through our phones looking at twitter late at night when we're supposed to sleep. That's ******** similar to having some weird a** thoughts like a dinosaur getting a job at mcdonalds because he couldnt work at any other food chain because all the other restaurants are racists to ankylosaurians. Butt of course it's better cause you dont have to go through all the hard a** work of thinking, you'd just get it handed to you on a silver screen plater. All the memes in literally the entire world is at your finger tips. Thousands upon thousands of shitty thoughts, ideas, video sketches, and even blogs have been encoded in the public internet for everyone to find and laugh at.
It's like going to bed along side millions of other minds thinking and wishing around, and all of them cant sleep too.

It's interesting that you mention that because I think you're right.
It's what I enjoyed so much about online journaling/blogging.
I read my old journal posts from when I was like 13 and saw how much I grew and changed as I got older.
Looking back is a nice feeling sometimes.
