Okay, this is a rant on the Avatar Arena… its rigged, it’s a waste of time, and too many stupid people are a part of it… here’s what I mean…

This was my avatar in one of the competitions… i dont have a pic, but friends remember my avatar from a few days ago. the whole thats 70's blue set, the wulf glove/nose/boots, the fox tail/ears, and an ice tiara...

Just a random name I thought of, didn’t have much to do with my avatar…

Description: (I couldn’t find it after the contest ended, but basically I sadi was that sets look better than a bunch of random rare items slapped onto an avatar, and that just because it’s a set, doesn’t mean its not original… I also mentioned that I thought my guy was a disco fox cuase that’s what I thought of when I looked at him…)

consists completly of set items , and yes they
match..but that shows ZERO originality. 1/10

First, unfortunately, there are about ten “descent” people actually taking part in the arena. Second, have you ever seen an avatar like mine? NO! if you have, then I would greatly appreciate you showing me. THAT is what originality is, being different from everyone else, not being the same as the person next to you.

Okay, now this is one of the only bad comment I respect on here, she told me EXACTLY why she didn’t like it, and it wasn’t some BS answer like “sets=no originality… plus, she was kind in the way she said it. These are the comments I like (even though she didn’t like it)

It's the disco set with fox stuff thrown on,
nothing original or pleasing to the eye.

How is it just “thrown on” ? I have every fox item in there, if it were just “thrown on”, it would only have one of the items, not 2, 3, 4, or 5... Once again, we go back to the originality issue too… but I wont waste time repeating myself…

Ghost of the Dragon
The red and blue have a good color contrast, but
the hands and the feet blend in too well with the
light blue. The sunglasses seem a bit out of
place, but are okay. I would suggest a dark belt,
but that's just me.

Another comment I liked, not exactly positive or negative, just right in the middle saying good and bad about me. He even gave a nice little suggestion. Thank you.

some people who get high scores have like 50 items
on, yet you can only see like 10 of them, in my
opinion, he looks just fine, the only things that
i see that could be improved upon are the gloves
that go on his sleavs and the ice tiara, it just
dosn't work if you already have glasses. and
another thing, a black belt would fit. i give it a
nine. (but i put a ten because i'm nice.)

Off the bat, I’d like to let you know, this is a friend of mine whom I asked to vote for me,
BUT, I specifically said for him to be honost… and I don’t think he was… he said about 2 or 3 things that he didn’t like… and he gave me a ten…. This supports something that ill tell you later, just pay attention later on…

Shes right, number of items don’t matter, its if they go well together that matters, plenty of people have only a couple items and still look fantastic. a lot of people just add as many items as they can and become cluttered.. Which is not a good look.

Remember jimmyev? The friend who had complaints about my avi and still gave me a ten? Yea, he’s not the only one who does that. I know that most of the people on the arena asked there friends to give them 10s. This is unfair, it just boils down to who has the most friends and luck that few other people vote for them…very few GOOD avatars get very far, while crappy ones go close to the winners circle. I doubt that any of them have actually won, but it just knocks the other good avis down…


I’m also certain that people ask there friend to go around the arena giving people low grades so that it gives there friends a better chance at winning. Alos unfair toy others…

Basically, the arena is a joke and a waste of money… and I have no plans to trying again any time soon…
