Dragoness bows to her opponent. "Master, Have you chosen
your weapons?" she asks. The Onyx sword strapped to her
back glistens in the sunlight. Her daggers attached to
her thigh straps, along with the throwing knives circling
around her waist. A small, but noticeable grin emerges on her
face.
Hitman also bows. "Yes, I have Miss" he replies. A rather
sharp Broadsword is sheathed on his back, a pair of thick Kali
Sticks are strapped to both of his legs. In his right hand, a
Snake-headed Staff stares at his adversary.
Without warning, Dragoness draws her Long Sword, raises it high
above her head, and charges at Hitman. Gripping the small end of
his staff tightly with both hands, Hitman waits for foe to come
closer.
10 feet from her target, Dragoness shifts her weight and leaps up
into the air faking a strike to Hitman's chest. Instead, she brings
out one of her daggers and strikes down hard on his left shoulder.
Before she hit the ground, Hitman swings his staff, colliding with
her rib-cage. He side-steps out of the way and feels a slightly
warm sting in his shoulder. The knife is still there and pulls it out,
only start bleeding out profusely
Having the abilities of a cat, Dragoness manages to twist her body in
mid-air and lands on her feet. While standing up, she hurls three
throwing knives at Hitman. He holds his staff up to his face only to
have them dig into the thick wood, then drops it to the ground.
She runs past him and up the nearest wall, swingingher sword in an
arc down to his chest. Hitman ducks in time, just inches below the blade
by sliding away on his knees, unleashing his pair of Kali Sticks
Clutching her bruised right side, Dragoness goes into a defencive stance.
she puts away her sword and draws her daggers and awaits his attack. she
spots the blood pouring out of his shoulder and smiles sadistically.
Hitman jumps to his feet and lunges at her sideways, he swings his left stick
upwards, followed by his right in a circular motion. Dragoness steps back
to dodge the left Kali Stick. She braces herself for the strike from the
right, but failed to realise the kick to her shins and buckles.
She flips to get back up and throws a knife at his leg, plunging it inside
his right thigh. Dragoness paces herself and runs at Hitman, only to jumps up
into the air, letting the black wings on her back unfold, allowing her hover
mid-air.
Despite another injury, Hitman turns around runs up the wall and launches
himself off it. To avoid the tackle, Dragoness flaps her wings to rise a little
higher in the air. She empowers one of her daggers with Telekinesis and gathers
energy from a nearby goblin. In her hands, it forms a ball and glows brighter.
After reaching an appropriate size, Dragoness forces it away from her towards
Hitman's exposed back and draws out her Long Sword again.
The Energy Ball hits squarely between his shoulder blades, forcing him to the
concrete. Just before hitting the ground, he pushes himself upwards to perform
a twisting frontflip to face Dragoness. He drags out his Broadsword ad forces
his coat to create spiked armor along his arms.
Watching him recover closely, she spots a weak spots under his arms and smirks
at him. She closes her eyes and begins chanting a spell that was taught to her
years before. Her black wings start to glow and increase in size. As she opens
her eyes, the yellow slowly fades away and red takes its place. Still hovering,
Dragoness holds her sword out to the left. The tip of the Sword glows red hot
and heats up extremely fast. During this occurance, she positions herself high
above Hitman's head.
Black mist emits from the spikes on Hitman's arms, engulfing the entire battlefield
with darkness. Red eyes randomly appear out of nowhere and observes the two
fighters. His coat extends and blends into the Darkness. He still hold his
sword tight in a Death-Grip waiting for something to happen.
Again, Dragoness closes her eyes, forcing out a ball of energy from within herself.
This time it glows a deep, blood red instead of white. She holds it aloft, enchants
it, then sends it up to the sky, where she could recover it later. The sword's tip
glows even brighter now, with it's heat surging downwards towards the hilt. Her eyes
still glowing with concentration.
Using the Shadows of Evil to blend in, Dragoness hides out of Hitman's vision. She
folds in her wings and plummets from the sky into him from above, and drives her
heels down into his already wounded shoulders. Her sword driving down just as
hard into Hitman's head. Her Telekinetic Dagger, almost forgotten about, tears a
massive, gaping wound along his spine.
With the momentum of Dragoness' body coming down, Hitman's skull is forced downwards
into his freshly severed spine, forcing the rest of his body to cave in on itself.
His ribcage snaps in multiple places and collapses. His arms and legs emitting shattering
sounds. All that remains of him is a sack of skin and shattered bone.
With a look of disgust, pitty and sadness, Dragoness jumps off the corpse and puts
away all of her weapons. She kneels down next to his damaged body and returns to
her normal her state. Her wings shrinking and eyes turning back to yellow. She chants
a very special spell, used only once before.
Hitman's body reassembles itself and heals itself of injuries completely. But to Dragoness,
the Resurrection Spell was cast at a very high cost using Blood Magic. From the lack of
energy, she collapses to the ground. The Blood Magic had drained her body to the last drop.
The bodies of both fighters lay next to one another. One pieced back together and the
other palem drained of life. The Darkness that spread from Hitman's coat now withdraws
and returns to its normal state of existance. He props Dragoness' lifeless body up to
a slouch and sits in front of her, just staring into her dead, blank eyes.
Her eyes flicker as her disembodied spirit calls to her body. The ball of blood red
life energy falls from the sky, sinking back down to the earth and into her limp body.
Her eyes close and is resurrected. Her lungs fill with air again and her heart beats
once more.
All she needs to do now is to rest. She gives Hitman a faint smile and rests her hand
on his arm, only with the slightest touch before falling into her deep dreams.
