I wrote this after a dream I had, it was about reliving my life once again, at the cost of my one true loves life...

Whats the use having the greatest love of all,
only to know that you would lose it in the end.

To play with death and judge ones self,
to be rewarded how close you are to right.

To live again and watch in horror,
your life being exchanged for your other.

Waves come crashing inside to us,
hide behind the door till it pass.

In your eyes I can see too well,
your love for me that never fell.

Desperate to find a way to get to you,
Save you from pain undue.

Why must my life be valued above my other,
take it all back I would give up my prize.

To walk right out and salute your friends,
to see the cause and lose one's self.

The disaster change but the truth the same,
the one of two you must exchange.

You or me no change of heart,
It had been done we must depart.

I had found her my one true love,
only to lose her now like a dove.

Always know my heart belongs to you,
to the end of time you always knew.
