OMG im sooooo sorry for putting this off! i had so little time and so much to do!! I actually had finished it a little while ago, i just didn't have the time to type it up and all. The fourth chapter is a little short, so i added the fifth chapter to it. I hope you like it. All my friends at school did, and they came up with a title for it. So heres the fourth/ fifth chapter of "Kitsu and Her Demon" XP


Kitsu Chapter 4



Kitsu pushed open the doors of the castle and ran inside. “Haruta?” Are you there?” she called. She found it empty. Kitsu started walking around, wet and shivering. “It’s no use.” She said looking down. “Well, it’s too cold and wet to go back. I’ll just stay here.” She told herself, walking back to the doors and closing them.

She walked around the dark mansion, looking at all the blood stained furniture. “How could he possibly live here?” Kitsu wondered. She reached a large black staircase, and started climbing it. When she got to the top, she looked at two large doorways to the left and right of her.

Wondering which doorway to go through, she heard a faint sound, like a piano, coming from the left. She walked slowly and quietly towards the sound. She came to a hallway with several doors, and she opened the one where the sound was coming from. Inside, was a practically empty room, but occupied by the piano and who she was looking for.

“ Why did you come back Kitsu? I told you not to see me again.” Haruta said quietly, continuing to play. Heavily breathing, Kitsu replied, “I had to Haruta, I just couldn’t let you live this way…” Haruta sighed, “Kitsu, you know what I am. I don’t want you to get hurt-“ He stopped, interrupted. “I don’t care about myself! I have no one to come to or anything! I don’t care whether I get hurt or…” She stopped, wiping away her tears. Haruta got up from the piano bench and walked towards her. He embraced her gently, and whispered in her ear “Well, I do care about you.”

Chapter 5


Kitsu and Haruta stared into each other’s eyes, their lips closing the space between them. Suddenly, Haruta stopped, looking away. “I’m sorry, I…I just can’t do this. I don’t want something to happen to you. Now just leave me alone. Haruta said quietly letting go of her. Kitsu, her tears coming back to her, backed away and then ran off.

Kitsu ran outside, but hesitated to go out into the rain. She fell to her knees, and dropped her head. “ Oh why Haruta, why?” I can too much to let you go.” She looked back, staring at the dark house. She got up and walked in the rain until she reached the center of the city. She found a coffee shop and went inside. She sat at the back with her head down, thinking whether she should go back and help him. “ He does need much help, and I should go back, but I want him to be happy, so I should just stay away.” Kitsu said to herself. She stayed in the coffee shop, thinking, for a couple hours.





-Sunday 6:00 a.m.
She got up from her seat and walked outside. She went back to the park and sat next to the tree she was at when she first met Haruta.

“Hey there.” She heard. She looked up and saw one of her classmates standing in front of her.

“What do you want?” Kitsu asked, sulking.

He started pacing around the tree “I just came looking for something to do. You are very beautiful, do you know that?” He complimented, dropping down in front of Kitsu. She stared at him, getting a glance of his looks.

He has short black hair and green eyes. He wore a brown hat, a brown loose T-shirt, and brown pants. “No I did not. Look, I don’t want to be bothered at the moment, so-“ she said getting up.

“ Do you not know who I am?” He asked, blocking her with his arm.

“No I do not. “ She said pushing his arm aside.

“It is I, Yuri Tashka, richest boy in the city, not to mention the hottest!” he remarked, raising his eyebrows along with a gargantuan smile. “And I have grown very fond of you Kitsu Hamika.”

“You’ve only known me for a week. Now leave me alone!” She said angrily, pushing him harder.

“Money and beauty do not matter to her eh? I don’t understand.” Yuri shrugged, grabbing her arm. Kitsu stopped, turned around, and with a glare, whispered “What part of “leave me alone” don’t you get?”

“Eek. Look all I want from you is to go out with me. But, you aren’t in the mood, so I’ll see you at school. Bye!” Yuri said quickly, letting go of her arm. But before he got too far away, Kitsu grabbed his wrist, turned him around and thrust her fist towards Yuri’s face. Yuri fell down, and talking to himself, he said, “ She wants me, she really does.” Kitsu kicked his side and then walked away.


-Sunday 8:00a.m
She arrived at her apartment and walked inside. She went to her bedroom, and fell on her bed, drowning in her tears. Dozing off, she awoke at seven o’clock at night. She went into the kitchen and made some dinner. Sighing, she said, “God Kitsu why can’t you get over it?! He’s a demon after all. He wants me to stay away from him. Why do I have to be alone? First I don’t have any friends, second my family was murdered by the Yakuza, and now everyone has left me.” She got up, undressed and took a shower, then went to sleep, not expecting a surprise at school the next day.
