I've watched the angels die
And watched what the devils do
and I can't help but ask
What have I turned into

I cut my skin to be real
I've paid the devil his fee
I look in the mirror and say
This isn't me

My friends want me to go back
But they don't understand
That the door has been closed
By their hand

My parents want me to change
But they don't see
All this pressure
Is killing me

So I just hide my feelings
Fake another smile
Force another laugh
But I'm in denial

I get up every morning
And breath of regret
It's just something
I want to forget

I look in the mirror
And hope to see
Someone else
Besides me
