Delcatty with high speed, using sing and growl. What kind of person uses this combo? A total p***y, and noone else.
I reset my Sapphire version, and now have a Shedinja that has godly speed somehow. I'm at the Petalburg Gym (5th I think), and ALL enemies are unable to hit it. I first make my Torchic (yes, it's a TORCHIC, not Combusken or Blaziken. I want Flamethrower, dammit) burn the enemy with ember. Then, I switch to Shedinja and use Sword Dance/Scratch combo.
For almost 20 minutes, I have fought the same p***y (trainer AND pokemon).
Next up, the oh so annoying fact that my pokemon arent' strong enough to kill the gym leader. I raised them all to an even level of almost 30 EACH, and I've made it this far. I should be able to win with no problem, and it's a fact. But NO, those ******** Slaking things take too little damage, and the leader hides behind Hyper potions. What kind of coward heals DURING a battle, other than using attacks/Recover?
Another stupid problem is Fake Out. Sableye is a god with Fakeout/Detect, and the way it is SUPPOSED to work is it hits with no flaw and makes the enemy flinch, then automatically avoid the next attack the enemy does. Fakeout RARELY even hits the enemy, despite it's accuracy being perfect.
