Yes, the title is supposed to be spelled with a y and not an i. I just saw this movie last night. It was sad. But good. If you haven't heard about this, it's about a man named Chris Gardner. He and his wife are quickly headed for poverty. His wife leaves him then, but he insists on keeping Christopher, their son. And he does. The saddest part in the movie is probably when Chris and his son have to sleep in the bathroom of a subway and he's afraid he'll get caught because a man bangs on the door, and he starts crying.
The funniest part is the hippy that thinks the bone density scanners are time machines. xd
Those crazy hippies.
Throughout the movie, Chris talks about the parts of his life and about happiness. He asks himself, can happiness really be acheived or is it just pursued? The parts of his life are, for example, "This is the part of my life I call 'stupid'" and "the part of my life I call 'running'".
It's REALLY good. I'd highly recommend it.
