Tornados. Bad moods are like tornados. Once they get ahold of you they push and pull you to wherever they want you to go. They will pull you deeper and deeper into themselves and once you think you've gotten away it will suck you back into them. The only way out is to find someone to be your storm celler and to stay there with them until the storm is far far away. Unforunatly there is this little thing called life that doesn't stop just because you feel a storm coming. Right now im in a tornado mood. I'm perfectly fine one moment, but then the wind picks up again and i can't even think..... I need to find my storm celler..........

	Oh, i get what you're saying now... No i usually don't take my bad moods out physically... Verbally maybe.... but that was more of a sad bad mood rather than an angry bad mood.... So i probably wouldn't even have taken it out verbally, but rather retreat within myself and hide in a corner.

	lol when i get mad i usuallly rip something into little peices and keep doing that but usually its just garbage
