The night after the leak, i felt woozy.
We were experimenting on something new.
Thought we found the cure for cancer.
John picked up the vial and went to put it into a machine we have for testing. Dumbass.
He droped.
The green substance hit the floor the liquid evaporated, from that point we knew this wasnt just some little spill.
I quickly ran to a cabnet, took out some gas masks.
I passed them out every one got one, John, Phil, David, and I.
I tried to clean it up, it worked I got rid of it.
It touched my skin i was worried but hoped for the best.
We promised not to talk about what happend if we did we would loose the grant and never be able to work on the cure again.
We all packed up and went home.
That night i felt sick, woozy, light-headed.
Hopeing for the best i went to bed.
I woke up the next morning about 4:00 with a headache i thought would be the end of me.
Took some asprin and went to work at the lab.
I wasnt the only one who was feeling ill.
This time we all put on gas masks and got back to work.
At about 9:00 A.M. i started feeling a sharp pinching pain in my back.
Ignoring it i kept on working.
Around 5:30 everyone went home but me.
I figured id stay late tonight, try to fix whatever i did wrong.
At around 9:00 P.M. i felt bad real bad. I sat down in my chair then passed out.
I woke up around 11:00 P.M. I could hardly see.
I felt my head there was a pinching sensation.
something.....something was sticking off of it.
At that point i got up and stubled to the bathroom with my gas mask and everything still on.
I looked in the full length mirror in the girls room and i looked like a big grotesk bug.
Scared i stubled back.
I looked around quickly.
I tried to think of something.
I glanced back at the mirror.
I hade wings they looked like butter fly wings.
Scared i looked away again and ran out of the building.
For my comrades im not sure what happend to them.
The next day everyone started dying from this virus.
People every where were dropping down dead.
I guess my co-workers got in contact with other people and spread it, the virus.
I was the one to clean it up i was the one who touched it directly i was the only one to look like this.
Everyone else ended up coughing up blood and dropping to the floor.
For me im not sure how this is going to end or if it even will, but for everyone else there fate is inevitable.
