blaugh Absolute Boyfriend (Zettai Kareshi) blaugh
Zettai Kareshi is a beautiful love story series that includes funny and romantic scenes. I honestly have no interest in a love triangle series but since I was so bored at my work, I decided to read some manga that Yuu Watase made. I got excited in every chapter on it. Riko is just like a normal leading lady in a shoujo manga although she has a unique personalities that maybe one of the reason why these two bishounen really admires her.
I like Soshi much better than Night to be honest, well because his relationship with Riko is much longer and he truly loves her from the beginning regardless of anything. He also accepted who she was but Riko is just too naive and I think immature as well, she did not notice Soshi's feelings for her, because she got Night by her side as always. I believe Night's appearance is indeed was cool and he played a vital role for both Riko and Soshi. However, The three of them are destined to struggle with their own feelings. Ah, love. It must be really hard for Riko to decide whether she will choose Night - the one whom she fall in love with and Soshi - who appears to care for her a lot for a long time.
The reason why I enjoy reading the manga is that I have no idea the ending itself, I don't know if Riko will end up with either Night or Soshi. I was fascinated by the ending as well because it has bittersweet moments in Riko's last moments with Night. Riko finally accepts the fact that she can't possibly be with Night forever because of his dying state and to think he is a robot. Come on, they can't even make family because of this issue.
The story is somewhat realistic and and Riko's personality mature very well in the ending. who knows if the author will make a sequel for this manga series. but, if she will, I just hope for Night to be awaken again by Riko's friend which is Satori, since I think Night already understand her misfortunate physical condition. She is just too opposite of Riko, which is kinda mysterious and a little bit greedy in terms of money.lol. She maybe needing an absolute boyfriend just like Night. I also like the scene that Riko told Soshi how she feels for him, that she loves them both. but Soshi had enough and replied "Saying "Both of You" for me that's not humanly possible. Even though you said you love me, I don't feel happy or anything.I guess, You still haven't really fallen in love with anyone." Aw.. Well, I'm looking forward also for the live action of this manga, although kinda different from the high school setting, Soshi Asamoto will be played by Hiro Mizushima!! can't wait!
