He was there when I was three. He was silent, but when he spoke I still couldn't understand him. He had black hair and was always trim. He was a good friend, one of my only friends at the time. We grew up together but he aged faster than me. And when we gotta dog he was terrified at first but he got use to it. He's been with me through 3 moves. He was always afraid of the new surroundings but through time he adapted. And everytime he'd sleep with me, I'd always kick him off because he was biting at my feet. Sixteen years have passed and he was the same ol guy but he grew ill and helpless. My mother thought it would be best if we let him sleep the big one but I said no. For almost three more years he was on the path to recovery alas time caught up with him... And this time my opinion was avoided as he was left to sleep.
And now as I type this, fond memories flood my mind... And I all do is give proper respects to my best friend, Sir Kitty Kat. He may have been a cat but none the less he was a friend and was always there. I never said my proper goodbyes because I thought time would've let him stay a little longer. And so I say I Love you Sir, and I will never forget you...
To anyone reading this when you see me wear a Coco Plushie remember your best friend that wasn't quite human and charish those memories you remember. Sir Kitty Kat in my heart you'll always be by my side no matter what.
In memory of Sir Kitty Kat (1986-2005)
