Biographical Data:
Born in Dallas, TX, USA.
Was born with a genetic misplacement which made all of his body hair naturally gray.
Moved to El Paso at a very young age.
Showed an early and keen interest in science. In his own words:

LEON: "Mmmh... When I was in second grade, I remember spending hours looking at the ants going in and out of the anthills. I wondered what made them move, and how did they manage to remain coordinated and accomplish so much being so tiny. I consider that my first approach to science, because while I wasn't aware of it, it was the first time I observed something so intent on finding all its secrets."

Joined MedLabs Co., Codename Technocratic Laboratory EPTX-02, as a part-time Unenlightened Junior-Technician, as part of the local Scientific Genius Recruitment Program, which offered part-time jobs to particularly promising high school students in the city of El Paso, TX.
After finishing High School, he applied for the local University, while keeping his part-time employment as a Technician.
He achieved Enlightment during his second year at the University, during a mundane experiment at EPTX-02, in which he, in an act of pure genius, managed to craft a temporal sense-disrupting serum without prior training. This particular procedure's outcome has been documented in file XXXX-XXX-XXX.
He was instantly indoctrinated and educated into the Technocratic Union, and was offered a chance to study his College education in any field he wished to, in any city with a strong enough Union-Progenitor presence. He accepted and began his transference to City's XXXX prestigious XXXXXX College.
Personality Data:
Shows natural predisposition towards scientific precepts and Enlightened Science. Hardworking. Not very sociable by nature. He is amiable and even gentile in most situations. When stressed, he shows a "mean streak", and tends to become more and more isolated. Does not show any predisposition towards liking or disliking either Field Work or Lab Work.
Seems uncaring towards most things, though he has shown signs of enjoying most Scientific knowledged (Both Enlightened and Mundane), regular people and the company of his family. He is upset by interruptions, impatient people and individuals who cannot follow rules and regulations.

As a beginning student, he has not shown any information concerning his future Thesis yet.

Additional information: Deep down, he cares a lot about the people. He sees his work as a form of experimentation, in order to gain deeper understanding about life, and humans. He hopes that someday humanity can achieve its dreams of living in a world free of deadly incurable diseases, and in which everyone can excert their own free will. Of course, he believes that, at least now, some questionable things can and must be done in order to achieve a better tomorrow, and while he sometimes questions some of the Technocratic Union's orders, he will act them out as long as a logical explanation is given, along with the current local Time Table.
He sees Mages as humans whose minds and bodies have grown beyond the limits of humanity's evolution, and can become somewhat dangerous when let loose. He agrees with the NWO's concept of indoctrination, though he believes that the use of pharmaceuticals and chemobiological drugs can produce a new, more self-controlled individual, though he has yet to know how, and much less to prove this himself. He'd also like to work in Neuro-enhancers, drugs that can tremendously enhance brain processes and possibly the way the body reacts to it.
He's been in the city for about a week, at the beggining of which he was introduced to his local Progenitor associates along with other well-known Lab Operatives. His credentials spoke for himself, though.
