Your inevitable fate
is to read my story.

...and I am unable to comment on people's profiles confused

And now, to end my journal entry with the new national salute.

Interrogation Experiment by Super Sensei
Super Sensei carried out his own exchange experiment, worthy of honorable mention. Unfortunately this Gaian has quit.
Here is the link to his experiment.

Well done, SS!

Two wrongs don't make a right.

Interrogation Experiment #2
Was a success. mobile, with the assistance of I, managed to create a convincing Devil Tail auction -- in which the Devil Tail (mobile's) was sold for a Steel-Plated Ninja Headband (mine).

Analysis
Subject: Reaction to a convincing extremely low-priced transaction.
Forum: Gaia Exchange
Title of thread: DEVIL TAIL AUCTION (originally)
Username: mobile, The River Spirit
Expected reaction: Yes & No
Click here to view the thread (Not locked, do not bump.)
Notes: Post #2 by Angel 2 Devil was originally a bump. She later changed it when mobile accepted my offer.

Conclusion
It didn't turn out as we expected. Only a few people reacted desperately, much less than the last experiment. Nobody reacted atrociously or doubted us, which was not expected. The Devil Tail costs somewhere around four million gold at this time. It's not everyday that somebody sells it for a Steel-Plated Ninja Headband - valued at a mere twenty six thousand gold. So, it makes me wonder, why did this not attract more people? Was it because of the time of day this was posted? No, I think it's because many people judge books by their covers. In this case, the thread title.
So, acknowledging this, the next experiment should be more effective.
Stay tuned!

Thank you to mobile for originating the idea and for his co-operation.

Comments are appreciated.

Interrogation Experiment #1
Was a success. I managed to grab people's attention and think that I was scamming.

Analysis
Subject: Psyche reactions to suspicious threads.
Forum: Gaia Exchange
Title of thread: not scam pls buy
Username: Trustable Merchant
Expected reaction: Yes
Click here to view the thread (Locked)

Conclusion
I've concluded that the human psyche develops on continuous encounters with a certain action. I chose this subject because there has been quite a numerous amount of bad attempts at scamming. As a person encounters these kinds of threads more and more, that person will skip the facts and jump to a conclusion. In my post, I included this picture:

Because I purposely made my thread title ("not scam pls buy" wink suspicious, people jumped to the conclusion that I was selling a Halo, and thought, of course, that I was scamming.
However, nowhere in my post did I say that I was selling a Halo, NOR did I say that 'the picture' was a non-edited screenshot of my inventory. After all, it could be just a thread banner to make my post pretty, no?

Thank you to Miss Aquafire for locking the topic as requested.
